Location was great, 3 mins walk to KLCC. Room was clean. Design very nice. Convenience store downstairs and good Arabic restaurant nearby.

Everything was perfect, except the smell of bathroom was a little bit annoyed. But its Okay since the room was extraordinary

Scarletz suites is a nice hotel. Hotel staff is nice but maybe look for a different renter. Mykey global never replied to any of our inquiries when we were there. We even had to guess that the wifi username was in a different room number just to get a connection. So yes i will stay at scarletz suites again but with a different renter

Comfy stay. Location wise abit hard to locate. Room is good. Essentials are provided. Oh ya, if you want to check out, remember to check out earlier as possible..as the lifts will always be full of people living from higher floor..

It has a great promotion and indeed a good steal for the rate booked. However, the room has not been properly maintained and could see things falling apart or things wearing off due to wear and tear. But for the price being given, it has been a pleasant stay with this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this place.. just wanna say keep up the good standard.

Berat place and clean room but No soap, no water at room.

location was ok quite near to the mall, easy to find eateries.. parking is quite expensive as they charge u rm5 per entry not per day.. hence if u need to go out x2 then u will have to pay rm5x2 if u go out x5 then u have to pay rm5x5

Good location and nice environment to stay in Would recommend to my friends

Please if come here, bring all your toiletries. And bring extra the plastic trash bcs no one pick up the trash during my 2 days staying here. So far for view is pretty. Room is pretty. Quite big space for 2 person.

Everything is great. Just the lift need to take longer time.

It takes a long time to wait for the elevator, room is good
