very spurious room with nice soft bed. But my room doesn't has hot water not sure why. After told the manager, they are trying to fix it. Hopefully I have a hot water tonight.

Manager helped us to make lots of calls to order Taxi driver and MIAT flight co when our tour agency didn’t update our flight new schedule 07/10/2024. We booked out trip in mid May.

The hotel is nice, with Genghis Khan Square just outside the door and convenient transportation. It is worth recommending and a 5-point praise!

I moved here from another hotel to get closer to the square. There are many options at this price! I woke up very early in the morning. There was a garbage truck disposing of garbage outside. There was an entertainment venue next to it. There was the noise of drunken people outside the window very late at night.

The room is big and better than the photos show. The signal in the corner room is not good, but the other rooms are good. The location is excellent. There are shopping malls, squares and restaurants outside. The price-performance ratio is good

This hotel is simply devastating! I stayed here for two days, but no one cleaned the place. I asked the front desk to change my bath towels, but they gave me two floor towels! No one responded to us when we asked to change the garbage bags, so we had to find bags to put the garbage in ourselves! The most hateful thing is that when we booked the hotel on Ctrip, they said they would provide airport shuttle buses, but later told us that they would be charged. Is that okay? We booked it for 2pm one day in advance, but the front desk said it would be 2:30pm. As a result, it was almost 3pm, but we were told that we didn’t know when the airport bus would arrive. We were so anxious that we had to find a car on the spot and almost missed the plane. I have traveled to 90 countries and stayed in countless hotels, both good and bad, but this one is the worst in the world! An older waiter at the front desk was very unfriendly to the Chinese. I didn’t want to argue with her, but her irresponsible attitude made me very upset. This hotel is amazing!

A decent hotel with a great location. It is a good place to stay when traveling to Ulaanbaatar

Located in the city center, next to a big Gobi, Genghis Khan Square is right outside. The hotel rooms are large and clean, but there are not many types of breakfast, which needs to be improved. If you are on a business trip, you can consider staying nearby.

Hotel facilities are average

The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator in the room. After staying for two days, a waiter came to clean the room every day. Because we didn't speak Mongolian, the sister at the front desk communicated with us in English throughout the whole process. The check-in experience was great. 👍🏻
