I advise you to go to the hotel Chepez Park GWK, then the road will not be so bad. The villa is very nice, but in the morning there are a lot of flies

Look at the pictures. The gate is pretty good. The villas are very new and clean, but I will definitely not live there again. The location of the villa is remote. There are no small shops within a kilometer nearby. The road to the villa is rotten and narrow, even the driver follows. Navigate away, you have to walk twice to find it

The room was perfectly fine.
However, the road to the hotel is quite bad.
There's nothing behind me.
There was not much to eat, and the service was poor.
However, the wifi connection was poor, the water flow was poor, and the room cleaning was not very good.
It seemed like a waste even though the room had a lot of potential.

The room and supporting facilities are really good, but the road to the hotel is really not very good, it is not recommended for those who do not rent a car

What a beautiful, peaceful place. Spectacular views, the sunset over the famous Garuda statue is awesome. We had a delicious 4 course seafood dinner specially prepared by the manager, Mr. Adhi ,table setting on the top deck facing the Garuda with the sunset. I'll never forget this memorable stay and will come back to stay here again. Mr. Adhi was such a pleasant man and nothing was too difficult for him. The staff were so genuine. We had in house massages by a lovely lady, Dion. The room is large and so the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool with lounge was a bonus. Lovely free breakfast. Absolutely beautiful place. A big thanks to the manager and his team for making our stay memorable.

The road up is the absolute worst! Staff are very nice, but services are basic. Maybe the road could be overlooked if everything else was on point. The village has a lot of potential but I think Covid has set it back. It could use a handyman and a cleaner with an eye for detail. Villas are as advertised but are beginning to look a bit run down. The view is nice but the area surrounding the villas, not so much. No step out of the pool in villa makes it difficult to climb out. The price was reasonable but for a bit more money you can get much better accommodations. Issues we had - asked for money on arrival although we had paid in full. Asked for payment for breakfast before checkout after we ordered twice. No running water on first morning. When checking out they asked us to wait while they checked our villa! For what??? Very insulting.

I liked it there. Yes, the road is terrible, but if you go through the GWK park, the navigator leads faster and along a better road. On the first day, the safe was broken - they quickly brought a new one. They cleaned well. They put extra water if you asked. We were on our honeymoon, they made beautiful decorations out of towels for us. The pool is clean and not cold. The staff is very polite. There is a kind girl-dog and a cat 🥰 the water heater in the villa is the cherry on the cake. You can order goujek with food. We also ordered a delicious floating American breakfast - they brought it and decorated it in the best beautiful way. They did not disturb us, there were no problems. We did not use the common pool, we sunbathed once. The territory is clean and beautiful 🫶👍

We stayed at Akhyana for ten nights in December. True, getting there is complicated due to the really poorly maintained road, but in 15 minutes on foot you can get to the Mapogu restaurant/bar, where Grabs arrive in an instant, and very close to Mapogu there are also two supermarkets. To get around the area, we rented the scooter that the Villa offered us and many times we solved the problem of some Grabs not coming up there. On the other hand, the area is super quiet, the room is fantastic. The staff was so kind, smiling and helpful (even by message). Unfortunately, it was not well understood that the restaurant is open from 8am to 3pm, but is always closed in the evening. Well, after asking a couple of times if we could book a table for dinner, they opened the restaurant just for us. So I would like to say that the staff, if possible, do anything to accommodate the guest. If you don't want to go out, you can eat in your room by ordering from GoFood, the delivery boys arrive at the reception at a very low price. The swimming pool of the private villa was in the shade, but on the contrary the swimming pool on the terrace was always sunny, in fact when we wanted to be in the sun we went upstairs. Usually there was never anyone on the terrace, probably because since they all had a swimming pool in their room, they preferred to be in their own privacy. Finally I would like to add that although it seems like a shady place to get to (particularly at night as there are no street lights), it is super quiet and super safe: people are always willing to help you... but that's exactly the wonderful thing about the people of Bali.
