we parked at the wrong spot and the receptionist got mad and told us to move the car. After moving the car he didn’t say where to park or what to do next and stayed inside the hotel. I went in to ask where to park and he told me it would be 1,500 yen to park so i asked if there are other parking and he just said coin parking. He didn’t even tell us where. We couldn’t find a parking spot so I asked if I can cancel, he said yes and took the keys without explaining anything else. I asked him if i could get a refund and he told me to contact support and they’ll come back with me in a few days and left to go at the back. The staff was very rude and he kept walking out on us. I also read their reviews on google after and most of the reviews said the staff was rude. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a friendly environment place to stay.

It was cheap, beautiful and great! I think this is better than staying in a hostel because it's cheaper!

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel. There's also a bathtub It helped my tired body. There are not many coin parking spaces nearby, so it is easier to use the hotel's parking lot, although it is a little expensive at 1,500 yen. (I walked for more than 10 minutes to find a place that was 550 yen, but...)

室内もきれいで良かったです。着替えはありません。

Generally very good but especially good for lovers of whale watching because it is just 10 minutes from the harbour.

Room and property was is in fine and good condition. Only issue I had was just the no hot water situation.

ダイビング目的で宿泊しました 出航する港に近く とても便利でした がコンビニとかは遠い

飲食店やコンビニが近くにないのでちょっと不便かも… ただ夜は静かに過ごすことができます

浴室に椅子があると良いと思いました。

建物が新しいのか、部屋は綺麗で広いので、荷物を置く棚なりクローゼットなどがあってもいいと思う。 残念なのは、清掃が行き届いていないのか、部屋の隅に長い髪の毛が多く落ちていた。改善されたい。 近くにコンビニがないので、自販機でビールを扱ってくれるとありがたい。

駐車場が埋まって歩いて5分のパーキングに止めた

駐車場は有料で1500円、チェックイン時に『普通自動車で来ているならここに停めて』と案内されたのは屋根のない駐車場。台風の影響で雨風強い中、ガラガラに空いた屋根付き駐車場から屋根無しの駐車場に移動させる必要があったのでしょうか。値段に見合う価値のない駐車場・対応だったと思います。 別のミスター金城では洗濯機は無料だが、ここでは300円かかる。 お部屋は一見綺麗だが、洗面台は詰まっていたり、蚊の死骸があったり... 少し高くても別の近隣ホテルに泊まればよかったと後悔しました。

駐車場が高すぎる。お金を払っているのに別の宿泊者に停められていた日もあった。管理が行き届いてない。 部屋の布団は黄色いシミ、血のシミがあり清潔感がまるでない。コバエも飛んでいた。ベランダには前の宿泊者のタバコの吸い殻があり清掃が全く出来ていない。
