We only stay for one night since it is only our transit, but then we had a great night. The bed was so comfy with a very good room view. Thank you, and I will surely book this hotel longer next time. Pam & Reg ❤️

The Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur boasts a great location, offering easy access to major attractions and public transportation. However, the hotel falls short in terms of service and staffing. The service needs significant improvement, and there are not enough staff to cater to guests efficiently. Additionally, the elevators are notably slow, causing inconvenience. Given these drawbacks, I wouldn't recommend this hotel despite its advantageous location.

Amazing rooftop dining area with the famous KL view. South building is more recommended than North building. It’s better view options and located around the corner of the block.

Room is tiny but clean. The bed is very narrow it's not comfortable to sleep if you are couple. The thinnest pillows Ive ever seen (look at the picture). Nice view from the rooftop. Breakfast's not great not terrible. I would like like to see more deserts but thanks for keeping me fit. Friendly stuff. Elevators are very slow, just three of them for such a big building.

Pillows are too soft. There is no hair dryer in the room as advertised. So, I requested both at the reception counter and they provided both. The room is lovely. Roof top bar at 25th story and the view is amazing. Overall good.

Hotel has a rooftop view, swimming pool, and nice room condition.. and also can see view Petronas twin towers at the night

Single bed room booked with window but window was facing inside each other. Room look not like abit dark. Breakfast not many choices.

Despite the excellent service and cleanliness at the Hilton property, the disappointing location overshadowed these positives. Despite the stunning views, the inconvenience of the location, coupled with limited access to nearby attractions, left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience. As a guest expecting the quality associated with the Hilton brand, I had hoped for a more convenient and central location to complement the excellent service and cleanliness.

Very good place, clean , convenience and just a walk to KL tower,petronas, merdeka square. Staffs are nice, good breakfast

clean and very comfortable..only 5 min walk to nearby train station..no need to worry about food as chow kit and kg baru is well known on the variety of food there

I enjoyed my stay. I loved the view from my window. The room was neat and cozy. The staff were nice and approachable. The breakfast dinner was so-so. The dinner, I did not enjoy much as they only a few options on the menu. But overall my stay was good. The hotel was also walking distance to some establishments. Will recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Great as per usual. However they had some issue withmy deluxe room and had to downgrade us to a standard room. Was compensated with 2 free breakfast instead but would still have preferred the deluxe room.

A wonderful, comfortable stay! Great, convenient location and good facilities. After a long day of walking we'd end it off with a splash in the pool! They have a really lovely pool area.
