Location is good. We have group of 7 people, stay 5 nights, they only provide one time cleaning on day 4, on this house keeping they forgot to clean up master bed room and toilet, they explained because of some personal stuffs in master bed so they didn’t clean it but not sure why they don’t clean the toilet. Besides, they forgot to refill some towels, box tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body washes and tea bag which supposed should refill automatically during house keeping. But hotel will send anything that missing when we call.

The visual view from the high floor is invincible! The room is spacious! The layout is relatively reasonable! Two bathrooms are very convenient to avoid embarrassment! Excellent location! The room facilities are relatively ordinary from the decoration, home appliances, bedding, and the experience is slightly inferior! But because the room is spacious and the location is excellent, the overall cost performance is super high! Highly recommended for multiple people! PS: 1. You need to bring your own slippers and toothbrushes; 2. There is no cleaning service during the stay, and you need to take out the garbage yourself (please pay attention to garbage classification) 3. The picture shows that we did a simple cleaning ourselves before checking out after staying for 5 nights.

Convenient transportation, free room upgrade, early check-in, clean, Chinese guide, good view from high floors, super large room after upgrade, with pots and pans for simple cooking, and close to the supermarket!

I went to the front desk and they said that they would only do it once if I stayed for four days. I asked them to help throw away the garbage, and they said yes, but when I went back, I found that the garbage was still there. Fortunately, I brought a few extra garbage bags and packed them aside. You can cook, wash and dry clothes in the hotel, which is a good stopover for family travel.

The room is bright and spacious. It is well-equipped and convenient for accommodation. It is located in the city center and is very convenient to various attractions. The 61st floor landscape swimming pool is convenient for fitness. This time I stayed on the 71st floor and had a panoramic view of Sydney's sunrise and sunset.

Very satisfied, booked with friends on a business trip, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lobby, great night view, highly recommended. The traffic downstairs is also very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets

The room was very good, with a separate bathroom in the master bedroom. The hotel gave the high-rise buildings an excellent view! The only drawback was that we checked out at 10 am ~ a bit rushed.

It is recommended for large families to book this type of two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites, which is more cost-effective!

We arrived early and had to wait for a long time because the room was not ready. The hotel was very considerate and provided a lounge. After getting the room at 2 pm, the moment the door opened was beyond our expectations. The big window can see the whole Sydney, especially at night. The facilities are also good, and I still recommend it. There are only a few elevators, and the waiting time is longer in the morning, but everything else is good.
