It was ok stay But no tooth bushes No usb connection No daily cleaning service

Location is good. We have group of 7 people, stay 5 nights, they only provide one time cleaning on day 4, on this house keeping they forgot to clean up master bed room and toilet, they explained because of some personal stuffs in master bed so they didn’t clean it but not sure why they don’t clean the toilet. Besides, they forgot to refill some towels, box tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body washes and tea bag which supposed should refill automatically during house keeping. But hotel will send anything that missing when we call.

The location is very convenient, and it is highly recommended for family travelers. You can use the swimming pool facilities to make it very comfortable and comfortable. We lived on the 72nd floor and had a beautiful view of the entire Sydney.

The hotel has a great view, on the 77th floor, and the elevator is not as slow as rumored, maybe there are not many people. The surrounding area is very convenient, and it feels like eating, drinking, living and traveling in Shanghai instead of Australia. The only drawback is that there is no housekeeping. I went to the front desk and they said that they would only do it once if I stayed for four days. I asked them to help throw away the garbage, and they said yes, but when I went back, I found that the garbage was still there. Fortunately, I brought a few extra garbage bags and packed them aside. You can cook, wash and dry clothes in the hotel, which is a good stopover for family travel.

There is a large supermarket downstairs and various restaurants. The location is excellent. Most of the attractions in Sydney are within 3 kilometers and can be reached by foot. There is basically no service. The room is relatively large. I booked 2 rooms, 2 large and 2 small. There is a kitchen for simple cooking. The bed is 1.8 meters. There is no Chinese service. They all speak English. Overall, it is OK
