Really nice place. Near the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)

Great location and just what we needed for an early trip on the Maglev. A few points to highlight: 1. The actual flat is a 10-15 minute walk from the compound gate. Yes, the compound gate is around 150m from the Maglev Station but I would say the flat is at least around another 500m away. Not a problem for us but could be an issue with additional luggage or elderly relatives needing to walk. 2. Some rooms were very cold due to the design and facilities. The living room and master bedroom were fine though with better air-conditioning. 3. The beds were very comfortable. They were probably the highlight. Highly recommended if using the Maglev.

The house is in a very good location, close to the subway and shopping malls. There is a small supermarket in the community. The house is large enough, but the kitchen utensils cannot be used (the rice pot and wok are too old). There is no microwave, so it is not convenient to bring the elderly. It is not convenient to take care of the elderly in the community at night. The lighting is relatively dim.

The hotel is very convenient near the subway station and maglev station. The hotel is a large housing estate. There are several buildings in the community. All facilities are available. The rooms are 2 sets, 2 bathrooms, 3 large beds, and the room is fully equipped. There is a bathroom and a jacuzzi, which we did not use. The shower head is inconvenient. The pipe is too short. There is no fixed shower head installed on the wall. It is inconvenient to hold the shower head by hand. This needs to be improved.

Overall it is good, the location is good, the subway station is very close, there are several restaurants nearby with cheap prices and good taste. The service is very good, the response is quick, the communication is smooth, and the basic indoor supplies are complete. The only shortcoming is that the hygiene is a bit lacking. There is dust and cobwebs. I wiped the floor with paper towels. The paper towels were all black. I saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen. The landlord is very nice. He helped to sign for the express delivery and delivered it to the address. He was also very cooperative. The community is very close to Longyang Road subway station. The environment is quiet, but the community is large. It is a little distance from No. 75, and it is convenient to get in and out.

The house is large and has four rooms. However, the shower in the bathroom rarely and slowly produces water, and the amount of hot water is insufficient. Other facilities are OK.

The location is quite convenient, it is close to the subway station, and there are several good restaurants nearby. There is a Xinjiang restaurant with decent food, which is worth trying. Parking is also quite convenient!

Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high. The bedroom supplies are old and smelly. There is also a problem with the toilet utensils. I slept until midnight and the management knocked on the door and said the air conditioner was leaking.

The bed is big, comfortable and clean. The transportation is convenient. I am quite satisfied.
