The room is spacious,well-equipped and cost-effective,but the hygiene is average,the facilities are a bit old, the shower head is broken,and the door cannot be locked after entering.Although I asked in advance not to book the last room,I was still arranged a tail room.One advantage of there is that you can store your luggage for free after checking out,but it is not very safe for valuables.

This is the best serviced apartment I have stayed in recently on a business trip, no doubt about it. The room is very clean, moderately sized, and fully equipped (especially the washing machine). Although the serviced apartment has many rooms, it is well managed and not dirty. It is very close to Yuehaimen subway station, and Shenzhen University Station is also within a 15-minute walk. There are food, drinks and shopping nearby, and the price is still this price, it's simply amazing!

It was a wise choice for me to spend my last two days in Shenzhen. I used the washing and drying service, so I washed all my clothes clean and returned to Shanghai happily. It was also very convenient to take a taxi, as the special car could drive downstairs. There were also takeaway boxes and a convenience store downstairs.

This place belongs to the High-tech Zone, next to Shenzhen University, with complete surrounding facilities. The apartment feels good overall and has good cost performance. The only disadvantage is that the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation.

The air conditioner in the first room I stayed in was broken. After staying there for an hour, I found that it was not cooling at all. The front desk guy said that he contacted a master to repair it. After the repair, I moved back to the original room. The front desk guy was enthusiastic, serious and well-received. However, the room facilities and services are really unsatisfactory. The quality of the mattress is not good. Some are hard board mattresses. The softer mattresses feel that some parts of the springs are broken and the waist is separated. After living there for more than a week, only two bath towels are intact and not damaged. The worst is the cleaning. They are not serious about their work and have many problems. I was in a video conference in the room. She knocked on the door. I asked who it was. She said room service, and then she directly entered the password to come in. I didn’t agree to let you come in at all. You just broke in like this? There was someone in the room and you opened the door with the password yourself? It’s funny? When you came in and saw something on the induction cooker, you said you cleaned it yourself. It seems that the kitchen part of your homestay is not allowed to be used? Then write your room instructions clearly. Then you kept nagging and disliked it all the time. Are you doing service or checking hygiene? Don't you know how badly you clean? The bad review is all because of the housekeeping.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to Shenzhen University and the subway, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is a one-bedroom with a separate living room and bedroom, which is very good.

The room is very comfortable and large. The view outside the window is very good, with no obstructions. Shenzhen University is next to it, and the scenery is in full view. There are many choices for dining downstairs, and you can eat several meals without repeating. I often come here on business trips, and I will stay in this hotel regularly in the future
