Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed and pillow sheets. Besides that, everything was enjoyable, helpful staffs and good location.

Simply the best hotel to stay around Sanur area of Bali. Very convenient location and within short walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Hotel staff are very well trained, nice, accomodating, and extremely polite. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and will not hesitate to stay here again in the near future.

Location is good for those who prefer a peaceful and quiet place! The hotel provides free services such as providing bikes for cycling. The facilities are great and well designed :) air-con wasn’t as cooling and hotel guest was fast to fix the issue. Overall, highly recommend to those who prefer a quiet place and near to the beach! FYI, breakfast was good too!

Great relaxing stay with everything close by, (Sanur beach, restaurants, laundry and money exchange). Love the shaded pool area and staff were super friendly. 😊

I even thought it was only for a night I was expecting more. But all in all for the price of the accommodation I feel it’s fair to say it decent. Staff friendly and good bathroom. Only bedding was as fresh as I would have liked. But not too bad

Good choice for middle price range if you’re staying in Sanur. Breakfast selections are still very limited perhaps after pandemic’s operation efficiency. Walking distance to Sanur beach for its sunrise.

Arcana Hotel is located next to the seaside with convenient transportation. Turn left at the door and there are specialty restaurants on both sides. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful seaside! It feels like a vacation every time you walk by! Recommended
