We stayed for a week at the end of February.
About the room, we lived on the 3rd floor. In general, it was normal, if you don't look closely. The cabinets creaked, the table was either dirty or couldn't be washed. I saw cockroaches a couple of times, and ants on the tea table. The air conditioner cooled well, but it was noisy. They cleaned every day so-so, I saw a cobweb underneath the nightstand on the first day and the last. So the level of cleaning is clear. Towels were changed, water and tea were replenished every day. The bed linen was never changed, I determined it by the holes present on the side of the sheet - I also observed them during my entire stay. The service life of the linen is also clear.
Breakfasts are normal, the same thing every day, but overall everything is delicious. The staff monitors the replenishment of dishes, clears the tables on time. But, again, the tables are wiped with a dry rag)
The pool on the roof - the best impressions!! cleanliness, view, open until 23:00. This is just great. Overall, the impressions are normal, on the first day I wanted to leave, then we got used to it. Anyway, we mostly spent the night at the hotel))
The next day after check-in, my wife had a birthday... they didn't congratulate her. In principle, they are not obliged, but their attitude towards guests shows the appropriate one.
If you treat the hotel as an economical three-star hotel, then you can live there. The accommodation is convenient.

A good simple hotel without any special requests. But it is always clean. All issues are resolved instantly. Breakfasts are quite decent. The climate in the rooms is very comfortable. It is better to rest in earplugs, as the air conditioner is noisy anyway. The hotel is located 300 meters from the beach. But it is better to read about the beach separately in more detail on the Internet. The price for the room is more than pleasant. We are very satisfied.
