This is a super cute and convenient spot half way between the Ubud palace, monkey Forrest and the Yoga Barn. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Lounging by the pool is bliss. Rooms are basic but have everything you need to sleep there. Bathrooms are a little tired looking. I’ll happily book again.

Excellent service, the staff are very kind🥰. The room is large, location in the center of Ubud.

Except for the room attendant, the others are really a mess, not worth the price! Dirty and messy, the agent couldn't solve the problem in a timely manner. Ctrip's attitude was quite positive, but it still couldn't solve the problem! Compatriots, be careful to avoid pits, this is the worst hotel I have ever seen

The rooms on the first floor are average.

The service is excellent, the room is really average, not soundproof, in a deep alley, there are monkeys on the balcony, they will break things!

First of all the view of our room was perfect..in front of the balcony there was monkey forest and trees and palms and sound of water falling..(be careful from monkey because it is possible for them to visit you at your balcony ❤️😂 ..the staff and the people were so kind and the food was very good..the room was good and clean but a bit old and the bathroom was very bad and has yellow colors due to oldness..and the baddest thing is there are loads of geckos..there another bad thing that you can hear your neighbors next door (i think the walls was very thin)

Very affordable & basic and very close to the main bustle of Ubud Street and that's the only reason I would stay here. The folks at the hotel are very helpful. but rooms are not aired and the sheets + towels should be replaced.

We always come back to Jati 3 when we stay in Ubud. Lovely family owned hotel with beautiful gardens and pool. Rooms are clean and tidy. Great option for those who are on a budget. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and monkey Forest

Noisy local family living on premises. Washing hung out to dry in front of our room. Dirty kitchen...we would not eat here. Could not even get ice from the kitchen. Towels old. Long dirty ally from street to Jati 3. We will not promote this at even half the price.

what an amazing stay! this was by far my favourite hotel on our vacation around bali. we did have quite a few uninvited guests make an appearance (geckos) but it didn’t bother us as everything else made up for it. an awesome pool with sun-beds, a wonderful view from our balcony, a mini fridge in the hotel room, a decently sized bed, an air con and a very clean/well maintained bathroom made staying in this hotel memorable as the hotel is located near several pubs keep in mind that you might hear loud music each night till around 11-1130pm. there also seemed to be a bit of a language barrier when speaking to a couple of the staff. they didn’t quite understand us when we mentioned we wanted a vegetarian option as they served us meat

The pool was nice and the staff were courteous. The location was great. However, we stayed for one night whilst had booked for six. It was very noisy until late in the evening. A rooster started waking us up at 5:30 in the morning. Our room was near a residence and small kids began to playing very early. The basin did not have hot water. There was no hand towel in the room, nor any coat hanger in the wardrobe. The shower was supplying water horizontally. The windows and door were nice but there weren’t sealed so added to the problem of noise penetration.

Excellent value for money in Ubud. Nice room, spacious, quiet, well air-conditioned, fridge, kettle, large balcony. Very well maintained swimming pool. We really appreciated the welcome, very warm and professional. The included breakfast is very good. Few complaints to make for a very reasonable price.
