This is the worst 5-star hotel I’ve stayed ever! The hotel itself is beautiful but the cleanness and service are far behind 5star. The floor was full of dirt and sand (note *this is not a beach hotel and is far from the beach*). There were many ants on the bed when we arrived, my mother got bitten by ants during sleep. I made a cup of tea, drank on the halfway and found a COCKROACH in my mug. They sent a staff to check, only replaced one of the mugs and gave me two tea bags, but didn't even change the tea jar. The pain au chocolate for breakfast was awful, tasted like been stored for a few days. The water in the pool was not clean enough to cause my allergies. I made a complaint to the reception and nobody reached us until we were already checked out and the taxi was waiting. I'm also a worker in the luxury service industry, this is unacceptable for the price they charged. There are plenty of good hotels around Jimbaran I recommend people do not book this awful hotel.

It was past 1am when we arrived at the destination. There was still a service staff waiting at the door and took us to the room. However, the quilt and curtains in the room were very dusty, which bothered us all night. The hotel swimming pool was nice and it was ok to take pictures. The taste of breakfast was indescribable.
