Service is amazing, all friendly staff. We actually decided just to stay in the hotel for the last night because we can chill by the pool and try their spa too. Recommended if you want to stay in Seminyak. Would like to stay here again in the future!

This place is very well located in Seminyak close to everything you need to have a good stay, the staff are great and helpful, the rooms are pretty nice and clean I would come back here for sure next time!

I stayed in Room 228 for two nights starting on May 30th. 1. I booked a hotel transfer and informed the hotel of my flight details. The flight was delayed by about 25 minutes, and after collecting my luggage, I exited the airport immediately. I walked around two to three times but couldn't find the driver. I even requested two airport announcements but still couldn't the driver. Finally, at 12:45 AM, I had to find another driver, which cost me almost double price to get to the hotel. 2. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM on May 31st and went to sleep around 2-3 AM. In the morning, while I was using the bathroom, staff knocked on the door once or twice (I thought it was from another room ). After using the bathroom, I found the staff knocking and entering my room at 9:48 AM to clean the room. 9:48 AM??? Isn't that too early? After the manager know about the situation, He provided a hr spa and breakfast as compensation. I thanked him. But, at night 3. Since I was going to Ubud on June 1st to learn yoga, I had separated $1,700( I’m pretty sure I count the money before leave the room) for tuition into a small bag and placed it in my luggage . I also had $500 for living expenses in my wallet. When I returned to the room around 9 PM, I found $200 missing from my small bag. I requested to check the surveillance footage, but the hotel said there were no cameras and they couldn't help. The police station is about a 30-minute taxi ride away, and I would need to pay the police for the documents. What can I say after all this? And I travel by my own, I can only consider myself unlucky. God will punish the person who stole the money. The room had no locker or internal lock door, and there were no cameras to provide any bad things happen. I deeply regret choosing this hotel for my stay.

A very very average hotel. Big rooms but the facilities, like TV, shower etc are very old and need updating. It was way way overpriced for what I paid for it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Changed hotel last minute as my airbnb was really dirty. When I say always pay a little more, just do it for sanity sake! Hotels also come with better securities and I felt very safe here. Service was good as well. Got my adapter at a deposit and also they came to clear a bug so swiftly! Would come back again actually

The breakfast was delicious, afternoon tea was free, the pool was clean and the atmosphere was nice.

The environment is beautiful, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is very clean. I learned to swim here 🏊🏻♀️, which is very memorable^_^

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious! The bathroom was half outside, so it felt like a luxurious bath. ✨ It was nice to have a choice of breakfast options. 👍️

Highly recommended!! It's a great space to relax and enjoy with friendly staff!! Although the shower water pressure is weak, it is a great hotel for the price. Breakfast is also very delicious!

We stayed in one of their 1 bedroom villas. It was a good experience. Staff are always so nice and pleasant to deal with, nothing it too much problem. The villas are generally ok and well appointed. The bed is huge and comfortable (a bit too firm for my spouse). The bathroom is well appointed and has direct outdoor access in case you are coming directly from the pool. The lighting is also well designed. They have a great Bluetooth speaker which we used in often. Just a few things need improvement; the Villa pool is lovely but the bottom gets a little green with algae and needs good scrub every now and then. Perhaps a bit more chlorine also. They have a two seater couch in the villa lounge area, it is very small and it would be nicer if the couch was a bit bigger and more comfortable. The AC in the bedroom was a bit underpowered and struggled to keep the room cool during very hot nights. I say this so the hotel can perhaps address some of these minor issues, not as a criticism. The hotel is generally well located, we found it very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to the busy Eat Street which was great. You do have walk along the road for 50m where there is no footpath but the traffic is not too bad. Breakfast was included and they had a good choice of different option which you ordered. Each dish was prepared separately and very tasty. We also had several lunch meals delivered to the villa, service was prompt and the food was very nice. A very special mention to Sri, the young woman serving the restaurant. She was so nice and helpful. We had a few days when we weren’t feeling the best and she arranged some off menu food for us and always checked if we were OK. Very thoughtful and professional. There’s a small gym on-site but we didn’t use it. The main pool is lovely and also quiet and peaceful. All in all a lovely stay and great experience, we would stay here again without any doubt.
