The professional staff of the hotel deserves a rating higher than five. After checking into the hotel, we encountered a faulty air conditioner, a problematic faucet and a non-working safe in the room. We were quickly offered a room change, for which we are grateful. The new room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus after the previous room with only a window. Although it was small and not very cozy, the presence of coffee at the reception was always pleasing. The buffet breakfast was filling, but there was a noticeable lack of fresh vegetables.

Humidity in my room was extremely high, a/c works not so good, all furniture and bathroom are kinda old

Great value for money. Enough choices for breakfast. A bit of a walking distance to the beach. For the price, it’s excellent. All staff are amazing

Excellent hotel in Nusa Dua, 5 minutes by bike to the beach. Very friendly staff. Excellent quality cleaning every day. Very good varied breakfast, something new every day (fried eggs, toast, porridge, soup, several hot dishes, fruits). Thank you.
