In August 2023, we rested in a villa at the Sakala Resort hotel, to say that the hotel is simply beyond praise, to say nothing EVERYTHING is at the highest level, starting from the service and staff, ending with food and accommodation 🫶 I especially advise you to stay at the villa 👏 Two floors of comfort, luxury and privacy, while the feeling that you are not in a hotel, but in a cozy place, which provides EVERYTHING from a refrigerator for wine and Balinese-style decoration, ending with luxurious conditions for sleeping and relaxing, a separate love is a private pool and a garden ALL our wishes were fulfilled in a matter of minutes, and the cleaning of the room was like magic , fast and perfect. I sincerely recommend this hotel to EVERYONE We will definitely come back more ❤️

Let me start by saying the hospitality staff is absolutely amazing. My friend and I woke up with bed bugs on our final night. The bites covered my arms, legs, back and stomach and was extremely itchy. We instantly contacted reception and they offered us 5 pieces of clothing for free which is unacceptable as bed bugs spread quickly. It took me 2 hours of asking reception 10 times and contacting the manager before I finally had to remove the infected bedsheets myself. We eventually after 2 hours were able to get all of our clothes cleaned for free, which was a discount of 70,000 rupiah... The receptionists, manager and customer service was absolutely unacceptable and not accomodating at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. Overall they were very rude and non accommodating for the bed bugs in our room.

I booked this B&B because it is close to my meeting place. I came late around 9.30 PM. I was expecting that I would have just a place to sleep. But I was wrong. The staff welcomed me politely and very helpful. He insisted me to take rest first instead of fixing the adminstrasi things. The place is awesome, the room is so clean and comfortable..the bed is good.. Therr is a little pool for people to chill out, and nice garden around the place. They provided nice breakfast even when I had to leave very early for another meeting on the other day.. The food is so yummy specially that nasi goreng. The lady comes every morning to clean our room. There are some restaurants, cafes, and mini markers sound even though the hostel food itself is so yummy. Plenty of water sports activities around for who are keen with the sports. This is a nice quiet little B&B for people who need rest or work quietly. I stayed for five days, and I could have very productive days while I was there.. The owner came to see and farewell me before I left. What a wonderful people. I highly recommend this place when you are in Bali

Good day,I want to leave a review about this hotel, everything was good at first, but later the transfer problems began and one of the administrators refused to give us a transfer and offered only to call a taxi. In Russian, nobody speaks in the hotel, but nobody waited for this 😊 here there are no claims. Two days before departure the most fun began. We changed our bed linen and when we returned from the tour to the reception we met us with the sub-sector on which there was a spot from the sauce and offered to pay for the new 437000 rupee, or wash yourself, we took to remove our cocoa 👌🏻no to the next The day when a clean sub-dealer was brought to the recession, later we were stopped and offered to pay for it, because somewhere there were spots of red wine(which we never bought for all the journey) After the long negotiations in which we remained guilty I offered to pay for cleaning and close the question on it, as they didn't want to listen to us at all, to what I was told that such services they didn't provide and I have to pay for a new subperson, Or I will have problems when I leave the hotel. A day before we were again set up a ”clean” bed linen with spots (this is Asia and we did not perceive them as a problem) I asked to replace it so that there were no more problems, but the whole hotel did not find a clean sheet 🤷🏼‍♀️ in general the whole review about that, that dear citizens do not trust these smiling people in the hotel and always check everything very carefully when entering. Hopefully you will have problems with the side 🙏🏻 Well, about the general impression of the hotel: there are no windows in the rooms and always smells of moisture, very dark in the rooms, in the hotel there are many tourists from China,so the pool was changed:we in the afternoon, And they tripled there in the evening), breakfast is very scarce and uniform(but it is possible to eat). Of the pluses, free (almost always) transfer to 3 beaches and to the Bali shop collection, beautiful sunsets in the restaurant on the roof of the hotel(dinner prices are very even acceptable compared to nearest restaurants). And I would like to note the very welcome staff of the restaurant-always help clean and cut the fruit you brought from the store).I hope somebody's review will be useful.

The room was so smelly...!! It smells really bad..!! I believed this some-kind chemical smell came from their furniture paintings..!! So dissapointing..!! If you want to book here,, NEVER choose the room with the bathtub style.. It was so smelly..!! The hotel management offered me other room with the same type but the bad chemical smell was still the same.. They also offered me other room type (downgraded),,this downgraded room was normal.. It didn't have bad smell like what i booked previously.. I will never go back here again.. So dissapointing..
