The experience there's so good. This hotel staff is best for all of the services. I would recommend this hotel for sure. We have a lil bloodstain on our sheets and they didn't charged it. The only thing that matters is the water in Bukit not really good, yeah its not only for this hotel but for all hotel in Bukit Jimbaran due to the source of water. There's also time for the water heater, would be more pleasure if the heater on 24 hours, kinda cold showering late at night hehe. The view suits the price. Thank Maxone @Bukit Jimbaran, would comeback.

It takes 7 minutes by bike from the beach. There are convenience stores and supermarkets near the hotel, and there's McDonald's, KFC, and Pizza Hut within a 15-minute walk, which was helpful. The hotel staff is also kind. When I ordered a chicken burger from room service, he said, ”It's sold out. Shall I order a McDonald's from Grab?” and ordered it for me. The rooms are clean and they provide fresh instant coffee every day. There is also an electric kettle in the room. Many of the guests were tourists from Java. The breakfast buffet had a lot of spicy food, so I ate bread and fruit. The water in the pool was so cloudy that I didn't feel like swimming, and no one was swimming. However, the room was bright and the staff were easy to talk to, so I had a very comfortable stay.

Amazing historical Balinese architecture needs to be greatly valued and the staff many of whom have worked there for many years are really nice. The hotel should be nominated as part of a historical society to hold up & maintain its heritage. It's an amazing old hotel with lovely gardens. & Balinese statues & water features everywhere. It's being renovated at the moment, but the staff said they hope to have the main lobby restored very soon and are doing trial run sometime this month. For now, you have to check into the hotel through a side entrance at Ayodhya palace which was traditionally used for exclusive guests. Previous reviews have criticized the hotel, due to the renovation work going on & yes, they should notify people who book that it is under renovations and when it is due to be finished trough their website. We had 2 rooms & we were upgraded to grand deluxe rooms & thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff were so nice. Extremely quite & peaceful no paint smells or workers being noisy. We got a great deal. Bicycles are free to use by patrons. The main pool is still under renovation but the front pool near the beach is still operating. Waterfall restaurant is open for breakfast lunch & dinner. Other small cafes by the pool are open. The spa sadly is closed but may reopen with a new contractor soon I am told. Please be understanding of what the Ayodya hotel & its staff have been through. It has been shut down during covid for 2 years and is only just re-opening. They need tourists to support them. & if you want value for money, you can get a great deal whilst staying at the hotel right now. Just ask to be placed in a room away from any renovation noise or paint smells. The staff will look after you very well as they did for us. We had such a wonderful stay at the Merusaka! It's a beautiful property that's a rare Indonesian owned and run hotel in the resort central of Bali. We stayed in a pool access rooms which was particularly perfect for a family with a baby. It's only 1.2m deep which is perfect for getting the littlies used to water in a somewhat private space (only shared with 4 other rooms and no one else was ever in the pool when we were!). Bed was gigantic and so comfy, great shower, huge bath (did not use) and a sofa lounger perfect for chilling and breastfeeding on. Great breakfast and facilities at the Merusaka. Never short of a lounge chair at the beautiful stretch of beach just infront of the hotel. The morning sunrise yoga was perfect way to start the day and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Super walkable to the gates of the ITDC so you can explore the world yonder. Felt like literally next door to Bali Collection. Left my son's swim hat at the hotel and staff coordinated with me and GoJek to send the hat to me in Legian. Could not fault the Merusaka. Wonderful wonderful stay - thank you. We will be back.

I booked a king bed room via Trip and arrived slightly earlier at check in time 3PM.. was told room was not ready and also gaslit me to thinking I booked a twin room, saying the King bed room was not available. Ended up showing my reservation and they apologised, offering an upgrade but the check in was delayed until 9PM. Very disappointed. We tried not to let it dampen the rest of the stay which was honestly quite good besides the initial hiccups. Room was very clean, twice a day room cleaning and little touches here and there, hospitable staff made it worthy of its stars. Good dining options too esp Koral which made our stay very enjoyable!

Hotel was outstanding. Nothing negative to say, everything was perfect! Hotel is conveniently located, with quick access to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful, room was clean and generous in terms of space, there were plenty breakfast options to choose from, pool was clean and well maintained, there are several restaurants inside the complex as well as some good options within walking distance. An overall excellent experience. We will definitely come back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Bali. Our room was both clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view that allowed us to wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff, overall, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but there were a few outstanding individuals that we felt deserved special mention. Reo, who was responsible for cleaning our room, provided us with extra water and even offered turndown service. He frequently checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed, and his attentive service was greatly appreciated. Gwen, a waitress at The Shore restaurant, was particularly friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure that our baby was comfortable and happy as we enjoyed our sunset dinners together. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience! Yasar, who arranged for gluten-free pancakes with interesting toppings, definitely helped kickstart our mornings! His innovative addition of banana caramel, apple sauce, and fresh coconut truly elevated our breakfast experience. Dwipi, the chef who made our omelettes every morning with a warm and welcoming smile, was another bright spot in our stay. He even remembered our preferences, which made us feel particularly valued. Finally, Keren, who worked in the executive lounge, went out of her way to make sure that we had access to cocktails and canapés during our stay. She arranged for us to receive extra canapés between 5 and 7 pm since our children were unable to access the executive lounge due to age restrictions. Sedco, who helped arrange for a later check-out time, was a lifesaver as it allowed our baby to have her much-needed nap before our long journey home. Overall, the Hilton Bali exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another stay. We could not recommend this hotel enough and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay truly memorable.

Great value for money with everything we needed for a weeks stay whilst working & enjoying the sun! Highlights: - spacious room conducive to working - staff were amazing. In particular chef Ferri Andre in the Backstage restaurant (sorry, unsure on spelling). He was amazing in providing vegan options for breakfast every single day ensuring we got everything we wanted whilst personally coming to see us and delivering the food. - Julio the Marriott Vacation club employee was extremely helpful and arranged our complimentary spa treatment. - Great spa with enjoyable holistic massage for 60 minutes - Lap pool was a nice amenity as well as a great gym - Shuttle to Bali Collection (shops) & the beach was convenient. Areas of improvement: - Main pool was occasionally too loud. When they had the large speaker on, this could be heard across the resort and was overpowering. When at the other pools, there was then 2 sources of music that could be heard which was not ideal. - Our room was described as a 'Sea view' which as you will be able to see from the picture is a real stretch... - Even though the chefs were super helpful, it isn't great for vegans. Animal products in most items that you wouldn't expect (bread/pasta etc). Seemed a bit unnecessary. - Renaissance's beach is not great. I would highly recommend going to 'Canna Bali' instead.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a beautiful resort with a lot to offer. The beach is nice and relaxing. The serving staff on the beach was quick and friendly! The food and service at the breezes restaurant was good. All of the staff was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I love the noodle/soup station. The waffles and pancakes were sweet. The fresh juice options were delicious. I loved how they were willing to bring anything we order to tables. The Breezes lounge staff were very polite and friendly! The fish dishes were scrumptious. We also enjoyed hookah there for a couple of nights and they used fresh fruit which was nice! The hotel provided us with an adapter, for our chargers, which was very helpful. We didn’t use the buggy pickup and drop off service much as our Villa was in walking distance to everything. The main pools were at a good temperature same as the one in our Villa. I really appreciated that they allowed us to check in early as our room was available. The high and low tides of the beach were great! We were able to enjoy both! Although I had a great stay, there are a few things that were under high praise. 1. We booked the pavilion villa with a private pool. The private Villa pool we were assigned was not actually private. We shared the pool with one other villa. So that was a huge disappointment since it was advertised as a private pool. 2. I understand it is a nice resort but I felt the prices for restaurants were tad bit high. Many things were overpriced. 3. At the Beach Grill, you cannot receive ice water you have to purchase their bottled water products. Also, we were very disappointed in the surf and turf buffet offered on Thursdays. It was advertised as a full feast of surf and turf however, you were given the option of choosing one main entree. There was hardly a variety of food options and the limited Buffett sides, as it was advertised as a beach Bbq buffet. They were very accommodating to the grill the few cold shrimps we chose off the buffet. Besides these things, my stay was very relaxing and fun! I enjoyed my vacation as it wasn’t first time to visit Bali but this resort.

Amazing hotel, you won't regret staying here! It's in a quiet area of resorts on the beach, so is a great place to just go and stay and relax in resort and just enjoy the facilities as it's not really close to anything. Unbelievable buffet breakfast, best I've ever had anywhere in the world. 5 star service, beautiful restaurants and meals, and can take the kids as has a kids club and special pool area with small slides and splash area. Main pool overlooks the private beach area and had a pool bar, but there are several other pools to enjoy as well. The beds were also Devine? I can't rate this hotel high enough - 6* really.
