We always try to stay here when passing through Ballina. Highly recommendable hotel. We loved the contemporary room design. We were running late which was no problem for a later check in. We found the facilities were excellent, with everything provided for cooking and personal items. Very well appointed rooms. Nothing to fault.

This is a family-style hotel that has been in operation for more than 50 years. The environment is very good, next to the sea, and it takes about 3 minutes to drive to the beach. very quiet. There is free breakfast and of course free parking. The location is a bit remote, so it’s best to drive there by yourself.

Everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect. What wasn’t close by was a short drive away. Ocean across the road, river around the corner. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on and the layout of the rooms maximises privacy. Garden setting is very nice. It was an amazing stay!

We booked the hotel late, and there was no room at a suitable price, and the available rooms were too expensive to accept. This was the only one, so we chose it. It is also a kind of fate.

The location is good, it is attached to the road and close to the center. We had taken an accommodation with a room with a large bed and a bunk bed for three that we were going and our surprise was that they gave us a much better and larger one with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with four bunk beds, living room, bathroom, toilet for the same price. I think it was because we didn't have Wi-Fi because of the floods that had occurred, but a great detail on his part. The facilities very well. There are courts to play tennis and they provide you with the material. There are common areas where you can have a meal with many people equipped with refrigerators, tables and benches, sinks and even a toaster and kettle, as well as a drinks machine. It has a beautiful park for children and a swimming pool with good hammocks. In the area where the washing machines and dryers are located, they have put a large stall to hang clothes, since it is forbidden to hang them on the folding stalls that are in each accommodation. It was a great room very spacious, catered to my needs.Wanting a quieter room at the back of the property.Nice architecture and simple decor.Outside could hear the birds singing . Outside a little hard to park elavated on a slope parallel parking to the property. Practical , mini fridge was quiet , a round table with chairs to have takeaway dinner and all utensils handy. Bed was comfortable , good subtle lighting. For some reason my room didn't have an airconditioner/ heater remote. Mentioned it at checkout to the owner, so was a cold night. The blanket was a bit light and not warm enough. Sheets were crispy and large. Otherwise bathroom was a good size and warm water straight away. No lock on the inside of the door, but has a outside lock. Good location on a roundabout. Lismore is a beautiful suburb with great restaurants. Easy to navigate the motel was a budget price in a nice area.
