not the most convenient location but good enough :-) room was huge and so was the toilet the staff walked us up to our room and made sure everything was in order (tv, aircon etc) because there was an issue with the aircon, he gave us 2 rooms to choose from :'-)

Budget hotel with star facilities 1. very comfortable to be here, with friendly staff The room is clean and well maintained once so it makes it comfortable to sleep Next time if there's business I'll come back to this hotel

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

vintage feel,,it feels like home in the old days.the feeling is different from the current modern hotel

Stayed for 5 days in room No. 219 for college admission near the area. First impression: The staffs are friendly and are very helpful. Upon check-in you are asked to deposit Rp. 100.000,- which then they'll give you the check to redeem your deposit when you check out. Room and bathroom was clean, beds' sheets were clean and spotless also with nice triple sheet bedding. Also with a nice window with the view of pine trees and the jogging track below. It really is beyond my expectation! The TV is a little small though. The place is very very strategic. It has direct access to the main road and you can access the public transportation easily. Also grocery stores and food stalls are real close to the hotel (about 300m or so).

The hotel were equally impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the Rooftop Bar experience. The Rooftop served delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was great. Last but not least, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs set a new standard for hospitality.

The room I chose was the cheapest, first come with sign and telephone number with ID photo, no deposit. Got a room on the ground floor but the one facing the wall was disappointed, I asked to change rooms and was agreed to get a room on the 2nd floor, but still facing the wall, but there was a little light coming in, it's okay, maybe I ordered a cheap room. Even though guests who check in can be counted, we hope to get a good view. This facility is the best, maybe I will come here again next time. There are 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea coffee sugar + drinking water heater, shampoo + soap, toothpaste + toothbrush, towels per guest, clean minimal dust in the room I stayed in, TV with Kvision channels, only the WiFi is slow and the bathroom lights not very bright, there is a telephone, minus the TV, even the smallest sound is already noisy :( . So the first choice for staying overnight.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.
