Best Hotels near Bandung Arta Mas. PT, Bandung City

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Also the staff were very helpful but breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is connected to a service apartment so it may cause some confusion for pick-up.

Hotel is just 10 minutes drive away from Bandung Train Station. The hotel drop off is in the mall. You drive in the B2 carpark and take the escalator up. Hotel was simple and small. We took this hotel jut to spend the night before heading to another part of Bandung. The only thing disappointing was that the hot water kettle was full of mold and definitely not a usable situation. The reception was friendly and polite.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

For this family vacation, I chose a fixed hotel for a place to stay. In addition, there is a fitness center and swimming pool with a jacuzzi that has been very rarely found in other hotels, but unfortunately the laundry facility that started stopping a few weeks ago due to Hotel officer speaking machine maintenance

I decided to stay in Pasar Baru Square merely because of the location that is near with almost everything. I got special price during Traveloka Epic Sale. I arrived very early in the morning and paid the Early Check In fee that is affordable. Here are some + and - points I encountered during stay. Positive: 1. The staff (Sec, FO, HK) are all friendly. Greeted us with smile whenever we passed by. Shout out to Neng Vina and Veni whom we met almost everyday also akang who helped us on Wed 13 morning. Thanks. 2. Location is perfect. You wouldn’t be troubled at finding places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, etc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness. Upon check in the floor wasn’t properly mopped, the bathroom had no bath mat maybe bcs we C/I early so the HK didin’t properly check it. But the next day they cleaned as I requested. Thank you. 2. Need to arrange pest control regularly as we found a lot of baby cockroaches inside the room during stay.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Value for money in strategic location. Near central attraction like Braga, Alun-alun and Asia Africa Museum. Free refill drink (hot & cold water) is a plus point. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.
