Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.

This time I was a little disappointed with the service at this hotel, before coming I called with a reservation requesting a non-smoking room and it was confirmed that the reservation could be on the 5th floor, when I checked, the front office said the room was a smoking room (even though I asked for help because I was bringing small children) Still can't do it, room 306 smells of cigarettes. ***** From the moment I got out of the elevator, until the room I got the mattress smelled really bad, the pillows also looked like the sheets and covers had never been replaced. I've asked for an extra bed & I've confirmed that I want to pay, the reservation says just pay later when you check in. so that when I arrived I immediately took a break, but it turned out to be just right until it hadn't been installed yet. It's a bit strange that the reservation and FO sections don't seem to be in sync. And the saddest thing is that finally the children finished staying here and were sick with coughing all because of the smell of cigarettes. Sorry, this is the first time I have given a complaint comment to the hotel, because I was very disappointed with what I got. With the hotel price that has been paid, it turns out that you get a very bad room. But the friendliness of the staff is really good here. Because maybe everyone is very senior.

This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

I would say that stayed at one of the oldest hotels in Bandung and Indonesia is a quite experience. The hotel located is perfect. It is near all of the attractions in Bandung. We haven't tried the breakfast menu, but we went to the sideresto and ordered fish and chips and tiramisu. The food is great and taste well. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

My stay was in Nov 22 and I've just got around to writing this now. I had an amazing stay in this Moxy, much better than expected for what is a budget brand. I loved how modern and well kept the property was, and as a Bonvoy member got upgraded to a suite. The suite was wonderful with a sofa and bean bags along with a fridge. Three little pots of treats we're delivered to the room with was very appreciated. The staff here were simply amazing, professional and very friendly, I was very well looked after. I can't remember his name, but the general manager is a very nice guy and leads a great time. I'll definitely return here on my next visit to Bandung.

It was the sorrowful time every time I go to Bandung I always stayed at The Palais Hotel Dago, a never disappointing experience! Like my second home to stop in Bandung. The staff is very friendly and polite, the hotel is still very nice, it used to look like a boutique hotel that is still well maintained until now, and of course the room size is very large even for the deluxe king size bed (the most type standard udh ok ). I checked in late at night around 2am, still got warm welcome, then got a room on the 3rd floor at no 306 right in front of the elevator, no noise, not disturbed at all until co time, essentially this hotel is not noisy. Like at home. The bathroom is clean, wide, and the marble is still solid, Include Hair dryer as well. Bed super comfy, other plus points: The car will be washed and it's free of charge.

Superb! Clean, hightech, cheap (under IDR 200k), friendly staff, good facilities: wifi, hot water, water dispenser, microwave, prayer room. Althought there's silence hours (21.00-07.00) still I could hear voices. So, you might need to have ear plugs especially for those you are too sensitive to voices. But, I love the idea of natural sound effect and light setting based on our mood on our capsule. Brilliant. Just, a suggestion for those who have problem with weight and steps, you'd better book the earth type not the sky one. Over all, a great experience and would love to come back.

Booked the family suite which comes with 2 queen size beds, sofa, rain shower, complimentary minibar. Quite spacious for me and my friend, only no rack to place your luggage. Friends who booked the deluxe room had space to place luggage, but the bathroom was different and no sofa/minibar. Breakfast was ok, can explore the cafes outside hotel. The location is just 2min walk from main road, so it's quieter and less traffic noises at night. 5min walk to supermarket and some eateries. But maybe not recommended for single female travellers as the small lane can be rather quiet at times, and not very well lit, with no footpath. Staff were friendly, but spoke very basic English. Overall, stay was pleasant and value for money.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. As a non smoker, I don't get why there's still a chain hotel who provide smoking floor to their guests. And the floor are full carpets, so it accentuated the smell even more. It was bad. I went with a friend, he's also a smoker but he can't stand the room's smell. He asked to move and got a non-smoking room. But, the receptionist told me that they were running out, they offered to ozone the room, which unfortunately didn't help. Fortunately it was only one night, I won't be back for sure. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, shower experience was also good.
