Very good location, parking is also very convenient. Room is acceptable. However, the service is great. Quite helpful and friendly. Offer lot of local advices. If come back next time, this is hotel will be my first choice.

Good location, but you need to check in first to get a parking lot password. In the meantime, it’s hard to find parking spot.

The hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town.

This is the first time I took a bus from Calgary to Banff. I chose this hotel after reading online reviews. It is right in the city center. If you choose to take the 8X bus to Lake Louise, the boarding point is across the street. If you want to buy some daily necessities or fruits, there is also a large supermarket IGA opposite the hotel, so it is very convenient. There are also many delicious food nearby. You have to search for your taste on Google. Everything is within a 15-minute walk. On the day I checked in, I just encountered the Northern Lights, which is a rare sight in a century. I was holding my mobile phone in the hotel room and with a little exposure time, I could already see it. As this is a special bonus like Banff, there is one on the second floor of the nearby shopping mall. There are a ramen shop, Mary’s popcorn shop downstairs, and an ice cream dessert shop, a must-try recommendation! 

The location is great, but I really don't recommend it. It will be very noisy if you are arranged on the first floor.

The front desk service was not professional enough. At first, they said they couldn't find my reservation. When I showed her the reservation form, she said she couldn't read Chinese. I said "I'll show you the reservation number..." After searching for a long time, I finally found it. I didn't expect that she would assign me a loft room. It's not that loft rooms are bad, but because there is no elevator, you have to climb more than ten steps. I have two large suitcases weighing 23 kilograms. The room number is 0289, but it is actually on the third floor. Because there is no elevator to the loft, you have to take the elevator to the second floor, drag your suitcases for a while, reach the stairs, and then climb up by yourself. If you take the hotel elevator to the third floor, you have to walk down the stairs to the next floor to reach the loft. It's really inconvenient! When I checked in, guests from a Chinese tour group had just arrived, and the elevator was also very small and slow. I want to say that this room and service are really not suitable for this price.

I think the location is by far the best in Banff. No matter where you travel, where you go to the supermarket, or what activities you do, the location of this accommodation cannot be matched.
