"The facilities in the room are relatively ordinary and a bit old, but the scenery outside the window is very good. You can see the snowy mountains and robes will appear from time to time outside the balcony👍. The service is also very good. The guy at the front desk will help take the luggage to the room."

"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."

"Felt like a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre to the hostel. Good security measures. Bar is a little small and no room to move around at breakfast time and people are hovering and it gave me anxiety looking for the breakfast food as it was overwhelming with so many crowded people. Although can’t complain as it’s free and comes with your booking. Decent rooms but 2nd night in there is no cleaning I.e vacuuming not done as of yet and there’s a dead bug on floor. Friendly staff at the counter. Spacious room for luggage (6 bed share) and you need a thick locker key set for the lockers. Byo shower mat, slippers, hangers. Great bedside sockets curtain privacy!"

"The hotel is situated in close proximity to everything in Banff. We enjoyed walking to buses, shops and restaurants. There are plenty of options for travel to the many sight-seeing destinations. The only open restaurant is the Italian one and we didn't like the coffee there so we went out for meals, although we did have a couple drinks at the bar and that was nice. We did se that the pool was being enjoyed by various guests. The concierge was very helpful in letting us know how to get around and to help schedule the gondola excursion. It is a big place that is very nice and will be incredible, when all the renovations are complete."

"Coffee and hotwater available. Parking is limited in front of lodge, but there is underground parking nearby. No air conditioning."

"This hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient. The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning."

"Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again."

"The location was right at Banff Ave. Hotel has free parking, so I can explore downtown without any concerns. The room is sufficient. And the staff were just so sweet to celebrate our honeymoon with us. We are thankful for that. Highly recommend."

"It’s very closed to the downtown area, everything is walkable. Gives you a three day bus pass for BANFF local travel free of charge and you can ask for more if you stay longer. Nick view of mountains Not the most cleanest. Didn’t have new towels ever day and took a long time for room to be cleaned"
