"A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking."
"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."
"Irwin's Mountain Inn has a great location, just a short walk from the centre of Banff, which makes it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. That said, the overall feel of the hotel is a bit dated, and for the price, the in-room coffee facilities were quite disappointing. It’s an okay place to stay if you value location and cleanliness, but it doesn’t quite offer the extras you might expect at this price point."
"I had a great stay! I really appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. I would book at Charltons again in the future. Thank you :)"
"Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again."
"The room was a bit small, and the electric kettle was full of limescale. Even after they replaced it, the new one wasn't any better. However, the hotel's location was excellent. There's a shuttle bus service right outside the entrance that takes you to various attractions, and the hotel conveniently provides free tickets for it. Additionally, a large IGA supermarket is located not far from the hotel, which was perfect for buying groceries to prepare our own meals, especially breakfast."
"The hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town."
"I like it very much.
Facilities: Complete facilities and supporting facilities
Sanitation: Very clean and new
Environment: There are restaurants, cafes and small shops around. It is in the center of Banff town and you can walk to various areas.

Very Good
GGuest UserI was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable.
The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair!
There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.
LlaozhusjThe famous hotel in Banff town has good health, service, facilities and location, and has its own characteristics. It has its own independent underground garage. You can see the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains when you go out. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the core area of the town.
JJazelBest priced accoms in banff during summer, very well equiped with shower gel, hot water, hair dryer, laundry, cafe for breakfast and dinner. Hostel provides free roam transit bus pass for routes 1, 2, 4, 6 and is valid for 3 days, very useful to get to town and around even lake minnewanka, two jack, johnson and cascade ponds! Comfortable room, top notch service.
KKatie432The best part about this hotel is the location - right in the middle of town. The mattress was awful and the floorboards are horrendous- you can hear every footstep from the rooms above. The room was relatively clean and the staff were helpful
