We had an excellent stay with comfortable bed, neat and clean room. The staff was absolutely well behaved and helpful. The food was tasty. We even booked a car for airport pickup and drop. The car was on time and the driver was polite. Overall, we had a wonderful and safe experience.

While checking out the person at reception was so rude and was charging me for mini bar which was never consumed. I felt embarrassed in-front of so many other people. on checking he finally concluded that it was error at his end and there was erroneous bill. he was not willing to visit the room and check with me. ultimately horrible experience. I will never ever visit this hotel again.
