Hot spring Hotels in Bangkok

I stayed this in 2016, and now the hotel room is refurbished the room into ALL WHITE color which is okay. Bright and looks modern clean , though to me a bit boring (perhaps to put one iconic color on the sofa or chair, but maybe that’s the designer concept) . Downside : The design is a bit lack of safety , why they painted the door stopper with white color ? My feet hit it 3 times every time I want to put something in the cupboard , the bathroom door also not safe. Notice also the bathroom does not cleaned thoroughly. Took pic on the shower water knob. Disgusting

Generally a really nice hotel. Quite dark and unusual. But a few issues The tv was running software so old that its copyright expired in 2010. The opposite of a smart tv. The breakfast isn’t great. And both days I ordered eggs they just didn’t come. The bed was comfy - although the duvet was strangely lumpy. Overall I would stay again. But they need to make a few changes to justify their 5 star rating.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. The Internet is very fast, which is essential for my work. The location is also very advantageous, very close to the metro and shopping malls. I will definitely book again in the future.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, an IHG Hotel, and I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. First and foremost, the hotel's location in the vibrant Thonglor neighborhood is outstanding. It's close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The modern design and thoughtful amenities created a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which added a touch of homey convenience to my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit various tastes. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols was evident throughout my stay, which provided added peace of mind.

This hotel is good for people looking for relax and easy. Hotel room is big, nice with lower budget. Very close to river cruise station Easy to get halal food. Nice breakfast package and delicious food. The manager and staff is politely and friendly.

The hotel is convenient only as an overnight stay before an early flight or after a late arrival. From the airport 12 minutes by taxi. The area is worthless, 7/11 is a five-minute walk, there is nothing else there. The hotel itself was built with a claim to 5 *, but in fact it certainly does not even pull on 4 *. Therefore, it's cheap. During the pandemic, it was used as a quarantine hotel for a day. You go into the room - the smell of dampness. It is unrealistic to set up the air conditioner - it either blows off or is turned off. All materials of the room are cheap, to create only the external image of a good hotel. Everything is tired, although the hotel is only 3-4 years old. No breakfast by European standards. The dishes are all plastic, the tables are stone. The only thing that suited - normal beds and linens. That is, as it was said at the beginning - for one night it will do.

I stayed for two nights here. The location is far from most things and you will definitely need to utilize a taxi. The subway is too far away and there are only a couple of street food vendors within walking distance. My room was on the third floor, air con kept up very well and kept my room nice and cool. I believe the hotel is fairly new, 5 years and is kept very clean. The lobby does not have air con but the eating area does and they do a barbecue in the pool area some days. The pool is very nice and long enough to do laps in, they even sell caps and goggles at the front counter. The room was pretty standard with a decently comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. The shower head hook was broken so I had to hold the shower head while showering. They do host tour groups about every day so expect some large groups and all the fun that comes with them. Travel tip- take a business card from the front counter that has the address written in Thai. Since it is a newer hotel some taxi drivers will not know it by name.
