I've reserved total of 2 rooms for myself and my colleague on September 6th for September 24th stay. I showed up at hotel receiption on 9/24 and provided my passport for name verification on my reservation The receiption clerk checked and told me the reservation was cancelled. I asked her to check again using my booking name, she again told me the reservation was cancelled and asked me to check with Trip.com I checked the email record and did not received any notification of any change to my reservation or change of reservation number, So I checked with trip.com via my app and called the customer service, although it is troublesome as but he customer service was helpful and provided me with an updated reservation number to check with hotel. The hotel clerk tookk another few minutes walking in and out of the back room and took some times process the room through computer. I can see the customer lining up behind me have gotten more and more impatient, eventually after another few minutes the clerk gave me the room key. The next day when I checked out, I left eh key at the counter and about to leave, the same clerk insisted me to stay and wait for her to contact hotel people to check the room, after another few minutes the clerk then told me "OK you can leave" Overall the room itself was ok, but the interaction with rreceiption clerk was really awful, and really concern if my reservation number would change without notice that I will need to call trip.com everytime I check in to hotel that I reserved in the future to clarify my reservation is confirmed. :(

A short walk to the BTS where you can take a speed ferry to visit the iconic icon Siam. A good variety of food choice within a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The breakfast buffet consist of a good spread as well. A good choice of hotel if you are considering to stay here

I stayed there with my business partner. Everything was good. Location is good, lots of massages and local food around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. except the lady who was working at Spaghetti’s and Pad Thai station on May 10th we went there for lunch buffet. She wasn’t friendly and moody. 🥹

Good location, easy to get to Hindu Temple or walk few mins to SathornPier to take a boat to IcomSiam, asiatique the river front… Book via Trip cheaper than book via Hilton APP

Nice place good location

Location wise is not near to any train station only way to travel from the hotel is taxi. Taxi is affordable in Bangkok so not an issue. Hotel staff is friendly and good. Room is good n clean too. Happy with the stay .

Clean and basic setting. Unfortunately, does not exactly fit my 4 Star expectations in terms of the room interior. My biggest disappointment is perhaps the pillows provided.

Very old facility and very smelly in the room . The pool is like a baby pool . Bed sheets not clean . Counter staffs are very bad attitude when I request to cancel the booking . under trip booking policies it’s not refundable.its ok . Small money for me .but Not recommended for stay . 100% disappointed with this hotel . If you looking for this location ,try mercure hotel . Just one street behind . Very nice renovation and nice service and cheaper .
