The woman working at the reception (01.11.24-20:00) must hate her life and her job, she offended me for no reason. I have never seen Hotel staff that hate their clients. The Rude Staff is what makes you want to leave as soon as possible, especially the Receptionist (or maid?), Who you think you are to Insult your Clients by looking ? You should be unemployed for life and banned from any job.

This hotel is highly recommended since it is near in different shopping malls in bangkok. Some of the night market and temples are kinda far but easy to book on bolt for this and try the hop on hop tour because it will help. The room is big with own clean cr and good bed. Aircon is nice also. For the price and location it is very good. 7’11 is also near that’s why no need to worry. Staff are accommodating and kind. They also speak english dont worry. 🫶☺️

The accommodation is not far from the BTS, but it is difficult to walk with luggage. There are a lot of cars, you have to avoid them. The walkway is not smooth and difficult. If you stay late, check in by yourself. There is an admin to guide you. The room is normal, like a resort in Thailand. The bathroom door cannot be closed. The room is quite clean. It has just been repainted, but there is still a disturbing smell. If you are a woman going alone at night, I do not recommend it.

Bangkok is still quite cool after nightfall in the rainy season. The water heater in the hotel bathroom is broken and serves as a decoration. Moreover, there is no waiter in the whole hotel. No one responded to my request on WeChat. No one responded to my request to change the room. It was really painful to have cold showers in the hotel for 3 days.
There is no waiter in the hotel. Check-in is self-service. If Chinese friends who are not good at English choose carefully, even if English is no problem, they have to adapt to the poor Thai accent. There is no elevator in the hotel. Please climb the stairs to carry your luggage by yourself.
