Um....the shower with leakage of water and the toilet wall with old dirt. Towels are clean but a little bit old with threads coming out. I guess the equipments are from the old NovoHotel Location is good. Easy to get access to BTS station

Enjoyed my stay at Four Points Sheraton at Ploenchit. It had an impressive international buffet spread for breakfast. Service staff were very pleasant, Location is excellent with the BTS Ploenchit Station just outside the hotel, about 5 minutes away.

Great hotel, room is clean, everyone is friendly and service is good. Breakfast food have variety of food, nice food, our kids enjoy it and they do also enjoy the swimming pools. This hotel also close to BTS, get to anywhere also convenient.

It is just infront of the ploenchit station and beside the ploenchit market ( open Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm). Breakfast selection is quite ok.

overall ok. close to BTS. nearby have 7-11 and some eating places. room service surprise us with cake for our wedding anniversary. thanks for that breakfast is very normal. don't recommend to buy although we stay at highest floor, I hear some noise from upstairs at midnight, last for 30mins allow us to check out at 1pm as our flight is 4pm, thanks again

The hotel is four points by Sheraton but the towel shows Novotel ….. The location is good and near the BTS . The environment is quiet . Swimming pool is small but enough for relaxing .

The location is closed to the BTS. It is very convenient to travel around tourist attraction there also, there is the bar in front of the hotel.

The hotel location is very convenient, BTS Phloen Chit is right in front of the hotel and it is only BTS stop away from Siam Paragon. There is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The only setback is that they provide toothbrushes in your room, you have to call and request for it.

Friendlly staffs they are very helpful and prepare everything as good. The location is close skytrain as walking around 2-3 min, it's really convenient such as transportation or convenient store. I got the room very high it ia very quite. I had one pug spoiled they were immediately fix it, very appreciated :)

The hotel location is great, easily go to busy area by walking distance. My room was at the top floor can see a really nice view from the room.

Location is just in front of the bts Ploenchit. However, many areas are still lacking improvement. Bedding feels worn out. Is too soft n seems old. There 2 only 2 charging points, and 1 of it is not working. I had to keep adjusting my electric appliance to make it work. There is no mirror in the room, so if u want to make up, you would have to go to the bathroom to stand and do your makeup. Sofa feels dirty with a few stains as well. The room is very dim at night despite switching on all the lights. All lights have to be individually controlled. Which is a hassle. Air con can be noisy at night for light sleepers. TV is super old, and the resolution is bad. The gym is great with new equipment. My hub enjoyed the gym.
