Pro: Good Location (with own transport), walking distances to restaurants/ food stalls, KFC and 7-11, spacious room, standard Wi-Fi speed, standard shower water pressure, standard amenities, friendly staff, big parking areas (free). Con: Far away from the BTS station and city center/ places of interest.

Room is very spacious. Clean and comfortable. I will come back again. Swimming pool is very nice. Staffs are all friendly and helpful.

everything about hotel is great, provide water, wifi is great, room clean and tidy. If there is a chance, I will come back to stay again.🥰

I will come back again. Nice room with everything you need, CJ supermarket and good food street are in walking distance And also near big mall ( Seacon square). Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Good service

I booked this hotel ONLY for the SAUNA which was clearly indicated in the facilities. I lost 2 hours of driving and 800bath of TAXI to go back from Banglamphu because I had to leave: there was no Sauna. Total cost 1800 baths !!! The reception staff does not speak English (contrary to what is indicated on your site). The manager of the hotel "LILI" was not on site I could only reach her by phone, she told me to contact you to be reimbursed. I ask you to reimburse me: the room in full + the Taxi fees please.

The room I booked was different from the photos. The TV and toilet were not usable. The water in the swimming pool was like sea water. There were no towels provided. The overall experience was very poor. The attitude of the waiters was very bad.

I am very satisfied with the low price. However, it is not suitable for people who come to travel. Other than the location, there were no inconveniences.

The old hotel is not like the pictures. It looks like there are few housekeepers because it is very dirty. The hallways are dusty. The lobby is also dusty. The bed sheets are stained. The price is quite expensive.

Very remote! Very poor facilities! There are mosquitoes. The linens are not clean. It does not match the actual room type! Very little breakfast!
