I stay in a Deluxe room for one night. The room is well designed. It has a living room, bed room, kitchen and a toilet. It is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent and easy to access public transportation. The staff is very polite and friendly. If I have to stay in Bangkok again, I will definitely choose this one again.

I was lucky to book this hotel apartment on Trip.com. It was a lovely surprise to stay here again after more than ten years – it felt very familiar! The staff has changed, but the quality of service remains excellent. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but the maintenance and service details are well-kept. The surrounding area has transformed significantly, becoming much more vibrant and convenient. It was a great experience overall.

We were traveling as a family, and the place was spacious enough. We've stayed here several times already, but the breakfast is quite ordinary, just okay. It's very popular now, so be sure to book well in advance! 😘

Another great advantage was the parking situation, it was convenient to access, and free of charge, which made the overall experience even more stress-free. Overall, a reliable hotel with good service and great value for money.

Great hotel with friendly staff and comfortable, big rooms. The swimming pool area is clean and ample for a nice afternoon dip in the sun. Easy check in and accommodating staff. Great location close walking distance to food, restaurants, bars and 7/11. Second time staying here and would stay again!

Within walking distance from BTS Saladaeng and MRT Silom. Close to Lumphini Park. It is a quiet area, and I will consider choosing to stay here again whenever I come to Bangkok. The safety guard was very polite and never failed to greet me.

It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but other than that, it's pretty decent overall.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to One Bangkok and Central Park. Both malls are unique and worth spending half a day exploring. Some rooms face the street, which can be noisy, so remember to bring earplugs.

The hotel's biggest selling point is probably its convenient location, making shopping, dining, and getting around easy. However, the facilities and decor are noticeably outdated. I was hesitant to even use the toiletries in the bathroom, and the slippers were as thin as paper. As for cleanliness, the stains in the corners and edges were an absolute nightmare for my OCD. The most frustrating part was that I booked for four nights. I checked in late on the first night, so I couldn't do anything then. The next day, I tried to check out, but Trip.com said the agent would charge me for an extra night no matter what. The problem is, when I booked, this room was eligible for free cancellation until 6 PM on the check-in day. Trip.com made several international calls to me, and after a lot of back and forth, they only agreed to refund half a night's stay. I still had to pay for an extra half night to check out. I couldn't deal with the international call charges anymore, so I had to give up. It was a terrible experience.

Nice staff, clean amenities, the area is nice and safe at night, 2 minutes away from Lumpini park, lumpini station and sala daeng silom station, everything is close and the area is clean and enjoyable. I even booked an extra night.

The outdoor pool is lovely, it's a shame it's not lit up in the evenings and at night. Otherwise, the rooms are small but functional, and the area is really nice and convenient.
