Hua Chang Heritage Hotel Reviews

It's a very Thai-style hotel. The location is very close to the business district and very convenient. The tuk-tuk shuttle station is right at the door. There are three elevators in a small room, so there is almost no need to wait.

Taxi and tuktuk kept missing our hotel and had to make roundabout to come back to our hotel as it is snuck away in a corner and the glass door of the hotel was pretty covered up and can’t tell its a hotel from the outside. Not much breakfast selection. Food isn’t that great. Couldn’t find our room initially. Search for a long time before we got to know that the room numbers are actually on the floor. Room, environment, pool, ambience is great. But not recommended for long stay. More for experience.

Because it is more convenient to siam, this is my third time staying here, but it was a very bad experience. I had a nightmare on the first night I checked in. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower was freezing and warm. The towels were big and smelled unpleasant. The staff at the door were playing with their phones every time they came in and out. They couldn't help open the door or carry luggage. The room was arranged to face the road across the bridge. It was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep at all. It was so bad that I will never stay again in the future...Fortunately, I only booked it for 2 nights.

Room was awesome but rest the lobby and swimming area were not that good.

Suitable for vacation, within walking distance of Siam Square 711 roadside stalls, the facilities are well maintained, the disadvantage is that the swimming pool is a bit small and it is a bit noisy near the railway, but it is acceptable. The overall cost performance is quite high, I have recommended it to my friends!

Welcome drinks and the ice cream are delightful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, big tub, bottled water and amenities provided. The reception is a bit shabby though. Overall nice.

Perfect ID design & architecture. Nature swimming pool. Excellent service. Too bad no gymnasium room. The breakfast not much option.

The hotel environment is comfortable and feels very good. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are also very spacious. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city. There are also many delicious food nearby. It is worth recommending.

The equipment in the poor room is very old, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. From the door, it looks like a guest house. The lobby is too small to be worthy of five stars. One star is given to the front desk. Everything in the room was broken and the light switches had problems turning off the lights. The smart control in the drawer is also useless for the elderly. The hotel is under the light rail. At this price, don't choose this hotel. The JW Marriott Intercontinental is much better than this one. I didn't sleep well all night and the sound insulation is very poor. I don't know how to rate it as a five-star hotel.
