The service was extremely poor. The waiters were whispering to each other and gave us a room with a broken TV, unchanged sheets, and a faulty water heater. The room was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. We reported it to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said that the room you had already checked in live, want to change need charged a cleaning fee . Reporting it to trip.com did not help.

Good hotelroom, bathroom looks a bit old, but is clean and does, what it should do. Location is outside the city center, but the Metro station is directly at the end of the street and there are many shops, restaurants and markets nearby.

Everything is great there , except that there was no toilet paper😅

The bathroom is not clean at all. I don't dare use it at all, but the location is good, there's parking next to 7-Eleven. Opposite is Big C. It doesn't keep sound. Overall it's satisfactory.

Good location, next to the mall, market, lots of food, convenient to travel, next to 7-Eleven. The room is clean, there are 2 bottles of water, tissues, hair dryer, soap, hair conditioner. Everything is good except the room is not soundproof, can hear sounds from outside very clearly. and heard the sound from the room when the TV was turned on as well I really want this matter to be improved. Because sometimes while sleeping, you have to be startled by hearing sounds from outside.
