Night Hotel Bangkok - Sukhumvit 15 Reviews

First impression : overpriced for what it is. Location and staff are both great! We paid 700rmb (120 AUD) per night for 3 nights and had just come from another hotel which was approx 400rmb (80 AUD) per night that was much better, cleaner and more modern - worse location though. When entering the hotel room the first thing we noticed was how old everything was. The AC wasn’t digital or remote controlled. It’s an old dial style controller that looks like it was built in the 80’s. Breakfast was okay. The bed and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. Overall, great staff and amazing location but I wouldn’t pay for this hotel until is was under 350rmb (70 AUD) per night as there are other hotels such as galleria 12, coach, and the quartier that are cheaper and much nicer.

The room has an odour which normally occur in boutique hotel. However, the location is good and the service is very nice.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Location is very convenient between Asok and Nana, both are 5 min walk. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is super good, didn’t expect this level. Overall great experience, good vibes when staying here, will definitely stay here again if the price is competitive.

Location is only 1 block from Sukumvit compared to other hotels “close” to sukumvit when actually 3+ long blocks ! Hotel is impeccably clean in both common areas, elevators and rooms. Buffet breakfast is international and “Mint” an experienced omelet chef. Their specialty hamburger I’d recommend with Australian beef. Reasonable happy hour prices for alcoholic beverages. Staff is most congenial and helpful. I hope to return when visiting BKK again.

I enjoyed staying at the Night Hotel Bangkok. The location of the place is amazing near Asok station, Sukhumvit station and Terminal 21 mall. The location is flexible and is very convenient. The services is beyond amazing and the hotel staff were helpful in every need. I never have I felt better than staying at this hotel. All the hotel stuff spoke English and were helpful and always happy to see you! The breakfast food was amazing and I loved it. The food is on rotation and every day is something new. However I was a bit put down by the amenities they offer. They have a small swimming pool and small gym. Which is not a deal breaker to me. To conclude the hotel was great stay for us and I recommend it for anyone planing to traveling to Bangkok.!

Great hotel located near Terminal 21. got a room upgrade after I told the staff that my room is noisy. They were very helpful.

This is a superb hotel for the price, close to the ASOK and Sukunvit stations and central Bangkok. The staff are extra friendly, the breakfast excellent. This is my go to hotel for Bangkok from now on.

The hotel is nice and in good location ,bar tender is bad service ,they do them best cheat on your money ,I order beer and they make offer to buy two then get one ,when I want to pay and use it bar tender say that I should say that from beginning and refuse give me discount ,finally I pay full payment with promise I will never go there anymore

I enjoyed staying here lovely hotel when you get a good price I’ve been wanting to try for a while now… beds and pillows high quality tv didn’t have WiFi smart tv so I aways like this to chill out …. Staff wer very professional and some nice touches in the room and hotel I’d stay again

The room was not fully prepared when we went the amenities were missing when we arrived and the show door is not there for some reason. Breakfast was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My last stay at this hotel in March was a pleasant one, and therefore I chose this hotel for two nights again. But this time is not a good experience. Because I have made two separate bookings for the two nights, the girl receptionist initially take some time to identify the two bookings. I asked if I can stay for the same room and she said ok with the help of another senior female supervisor; and then I was given the access card for two days with the same room. At that time, no one informed me about any additional charges. On Day 3 check-out morning, I was told to pay for an additional charges of 300THB and they deduct that from the deposit without my consent. There is a guy, declaring he is the one in-charge at the front desk, is very impolite and didn't really listen to my sayings. He just only repeating saying they have sent a email on Day 2 afternoon for the additional charges. His customer service skill is also bad that he was reluctant to call for assistance and check with his colleagues on what's happened in the beginning. In the end, he was just yelling and saying that "you can complaint" without the ability to address the issue. Afterwards, the girl receptionist helping me on Day 1 came and she said that "she didn't say that there won't be additional charges". I think she is irresponsible that she should state clearly on Day 1 if there's additional charges; and also should not use such ambiguous statements to escape responsibilities. Overall, 300THB is not a big issue if that has been made clear on Day 1 during check-in. But it doesn't make sense to have a email sent on Day 2 afternoon, expecting a traveler will check his email in the middle of the trip. There are also not any notices/message left in my room during Day 2 and then all of sudden charging me on Day 3 when traveler on hurry to check-out.

We've stayed here a few times. Excellent beds, spacious rooms and exceptionally attentive staff. Breakfast is excellent with the added bonus of vitamin drinks too.
