Excellent location with spacious and spotless rooms, complemented by very friendly bellboys. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, the experience was marred by the receptionists, who generally displayed poor attitudes and lacked customer service skills. When I encountered issues connecting to the WiFi on my MacBook Pro, I was told to visit the reception area for assistance, whereas most hotels would typically send someone to help in the room. On my departure day, I requested help with my luggage around 6:55 am, and the receptionist claimed there were no bellboys available. Yet, when I reached the lobby, a bellboy was present at the door. Despite this, the three receptionists on duty failed to apologize for their inadequate service. During my stay, I frequently passed the reception area and noticed the staff often ignored me, pretending to be occupied even though there were no guests waiting. I hope the hotel management will retrain their frontline staff to improve customer service etiquette. The rating of such a wonderful hotel is unfortunately lowered by a few unprofessional employees.

Amazing little hotel nestled behind the back alleys. Not so short walk to emquartier but a short walk over to emsphere. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was not as bad as the reviews mentioned. The spread was acceptable, maybe just insufficient staff in certain moments (ie cups ran out, tables not cleaned after etc). The shower was similar to what reviews mentioned (ie hot and cold) and I finally understood the aircond sound review (ie the aircond sounds like it's from the 90s - but we did turn the fan speed down and turn the temp down which was bearable at night). All in all, it's one of the ok options in the area

The place is a bit hit for the kids. The pool has a slide that the kids really love. Free popcorn every 4pm . My kids did not even want to roam around BKK and prefer to stay at the pool 🤣. Front desk is really sweet and cheerful. Housekeeping is superb. We love everything and the hotel is really a family friendly hotel. We will definitely be back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even provided me a free upgrade due to a long stay. The location is great, in between two BTS stations and close to many big malls but there is a short walk. Overall the room and amenities and new and clean - the shower head can be cleaner, and there is a large TV but not able to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc The breakfast is nice, not much variety but good enough to enjoy

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Living. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with smiles and eager to help. The amenities and facilities were perfect, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, with two malls within walking distance and plenty of good food and cafes nearby. I highly recommend Novotel Living for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I am staying in this hotel for the 2nd time .. and it’s as good as the 1st time .. no complain and best stay when u have kids along with u ..

Went for the room with bunk bed and my kids really enjoy it. Had a nice breakfast and pool. The emsphere mall also near the hotel. Definitely go there again.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room assigned to me was poorly maintained, with a strong and unpleasant odor permeating the entire space. To add to the discomfort, we were placed in the last room on the floor, which I believe is far from ideal and not a preferable choice for any guest due to its isolated location. Despite having made a request for a different room, my request was not accommodated, and I was left with a room that did not meet basic expectations. Considering the price I paid through Trip.com, I feel this level of service and room condition is completely unacceptable. It is my strong recommendation that the hotel management and ownership take immediate action to address these issues, as it severely impacts the guest experience. Furthermore, I believe platforms like Trip.com should perform more rigorous vetting before listing such hotels to ensure quality and value for money. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements are necessary to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

The hotel is clean and nearby everything. I had to change my room because of the electricity. The electricity is playing and it was not safe to stay in this room. The second room was better, but the water pressure is also playing (high and low). In general, my stay was very good.

It is an ideal hotel for traveling with families.Since it is on the opposite side of the bar area, the environment is quiet and clean.
