This is a great high quality hotel I love staying here the manager is very friendly and professional always puts her self out to look after me very well… everything is high quality and classy hotel rooms and food showers and bed are of the highest level located Soi 15 everything around you …. il always use this hotel when I want to chillout … breakfast is class as well can’t fault this hotel I now know that all the hotels I regularly stay at are owned by the same group and they have got it spot on in every way …. I wanted to live in one of the hotel I maybe even ask one day

This is our 5th stay at this hotel and it definable will not be our last. We have stayed at MANY MANY hotels in Bangkok over the last 20 years - but this is by far one of the best deals on the market. Rented fully furnished apartment suites with all the utilities and amenities.

Many cockroach. No facility. Can not request drink water. Bathroom super dirty. No tV channel. Need to use personal Netflix ( first time to heard it). Breakfast is super lousy

The room is ok and staff so nice

Firstly, the room is huge! Location is great. Lots of nice cafes nearby. Housekeeping comes everyday for cleaning and to top-up water bottles. The bad thing is the old dirty couch and chairs, full of stains. Luckily, the bedsheets are white and clean. Shower doesn't have hot water. Luke warm at best, depending what time u take your bath. WiFi doesn't require password... unsecure.

Room is beautiful but it need to be forced on cleanliness. I found the insect going around the TV .

A convenience stay for food and transportation of BTS. However the wifi is not working, appreciated the IT tried hard to fix with no help.

not bad, first time staying here, located in soi 15, which is so close to Cloud 9, T21 and Asok BTS station(5 mins walk from the main street). I got a free upgrade which was totally out of my expectation, the room and the bed is super!
