Good service , nice location Staff is so helpful, will again booking

Due to a problem with one of the air conditioners, I called the front desk of the hotel. I came to see it soon, but I couldn't change the room because it was full, so I had no choice but to stay one night. But the service is quite good The decoration in the room is very dilapidated and far away from each other, the sound insulation is very poor, the floor is not flat, the glass of the bathroom door is very conducive to children staying to be careful, the bathroom shower side has a very serious plum bacteria, the bathtub is very easy to reverse children will compare Dangerous, the air conditioner is very noisy, afraid of noise will be difficult to sleep, the biggest problem is that the mattress is too soft to wake up will be bone pain all over the body, the sheets have hair The location is good, but it can't be called a hotel, it could only be a guest house

I was speechless and went to check in around 10 o'clock. As soon as I entered the room, there were bugs. I quickly called the front desk. The front desk said that the room type I booked was not available and I couldn't change it. I could only pay more or have the room disinfected. They were crawling on the bed and killing them. I didn’t dare to sleep. There were bugs in the room and I couldn’t upgrade if I didn’t have a room. It wasn’t my problem. The front desk couldn’t handle it. I had to ask the store manager to handle it. The store manager changed the room later. I thought it was because I didn’t have a room. The way of inserting the card was wrong, and I found out later that the card had a bad contact. When I came back in the middle of the night, there was still a bad contact and no power. I asked the front desk to fix it. The check-in experience was so bad. I thought I was too lazy to bother and didn't want to worry about it. I went to bed too late. I woke up the next day and found that there were worms. Oh my god, they were so big. I was so scared early in the morning that I didn’t even know if they were crawling on me. I was so speechless. Where can I find hotels that still have worms? This is so lacking. Feeling safe?

The hygiene was very poor. We used our membership points to check in early. Our arrival time was around 1130. The hygiene had just been cleaned. The floor was still wet and there was a smell in the bathroom. I couldn't help it anymore. I paid more to upgrade and change the room, but I opened the quilt and prepared it. When I was sleeping, I found a lot of black lint (forgot to take pictures). The clerk immediately changed the quilt cover. His attitude was okay, but it left a bad impression, and the parking was super bad. In short, the overall experience was super bad. There will be no next time.

As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I felt a strong musty smell, and so did the room.

If you have other options, choose them.

The environment and sanitation are extremely poor and dirty. Before I checked in, I heard the woman in the isolation room making a loud ** sound. There were mosquitoes in the room and the child was bitten. It was very miserable🤬. I booked 3 nights. (It was already 9pm when I checked in on the first night. I didn’t want to go to a hotel with my child, so I stayed one night. The next day, I got up early and immediately  Check out (same as canceling the remaining 2 nights) for free and you won’t be able to stay again. It’s scary😱

Poor environment, poor hygiene, stains and rust everywhere

屋內地面很臟，衞生間設施很差，水龍頭都掉落了，垃圾桶也是破損的，衞生間洗手枱進屋就是臟的。隔音效果很差，早上7點多就聽見有鎚子一直鑿發出的噪音。持續了一個小時。樓道説話也都聽的一清二楚。屋內衹有射燈，很難受。

酒店太差了！！！房間開門就一股味 以為這個房間有窗户 看了一下居然是部分有窗户 悶的不行！還熱！衹能靠空調！燈光極差 暗的要命 完全沒有自然光 要畫個粧都看不見 都很難畫！還有地板還凹凸不平 而且廁所馬桶蓋還是壞的 花灑還很臟上面還有頭髮 最重要的是隔音差 隔壁有人打呼嚕都聽的到 而且老是有咚咚咚的聲音 要睡個好覺都沒有！兩晚就得400多 房間真的是差s 不值這個價

洗手間地台过高！晚上去洗手間容易摔倒！

有點舊，空調有點味道，睡一覺還可以

總體來説還算不錯，房間也挺大的，床很舒適，睡的挺舒服的，離皇崗口岸很久，走路十分鐘就可以到了，附近吃的也挺多的

挺好的，就是停車不是很方便，要從小區裏面進去，整體還好。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
