The service apartment was well furnished and well maintained. Space near the pool was also wide enough for my girls to practice dancing. Room was spacious for guests from other rooms to gather and chit chat. Breakfast was ok. My daughter loved the egg station.

The Kantary hotel chain is generally known for its good quality and service standards. However, this particular property fell below the standard I have experienced at other Kantary hotels. There were several areas that require improvement. The hallway appeared dusty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent; on one occasion, room cleaning was done late in the afternoon, and the bed linens were not changed. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, which I appreciated. However, some aspects of staff professionalism and conduct were disappointing. In particular, one female staff member working in the breakfast restaurant repeatedly engaged in loud conversations, apparently discussing complaints or work-related matters with another staff member (possibly a supervisor) who was regularly working at a table in the corner of the restaurant. This occurred on several mornings during my stay and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. I would respectfully suggest that the hotel strengthen staff training in professional etiquette, guest interaction, and workplace conduct. Staff should be reminded that guest-facing areas, especially the restaurant, should maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Greater emphasis on service manners, communication standards, and hospitality professionalism would help improve the guest experience and better align this property with the standards associated with the Kantary brand.

Everything started out acceptable and fine, but when money was stolen from my wallet, I realized I had made a mistake in choosing this hotel. I will not visit again and I will not recommend it. This is against the law and a serious breach of guest privacy, and action must be taken against them. The hotel is not safe at all; it's very, very, very bad.

i lived in this hotel for a week at first and then added 2 more days. it is not a hotel but like an apartment as there was everything available like kitchen, washing machine, microwave, living room, bed room. the breakfast has a lot of options and it is delicious. the staff are very friendly. i will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place. Great team Its always a pleasure to stay there. It is close to the main airport has lots of nice place to go at a walking distance.

The facillities are neat and clean, our room was very spacious and comfy. The staff was helpful and friend'y and we enjoyed also the wide breakfast variety

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-equipped. The mattress firmness was just right, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

We got the studio room. The usage space is ok but room cleaning is not neat and good enough. Unluckily, the room # 656 had so many many ants 🐜 biting me. I called the reception. They took action but it still had some. The house keeper said it may have the ant net around. I showed the photo to the staff. She said Oh my God. Sorry I deleted from my phone as it is disgusting

Great value for money. The hotel is basic but clean and cozy. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's very quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Spacious room with a small kitchen counter. Perfect for families with young babies to prepare baby foods. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. About 20 mins walk or 10 mins taxi ride to big malls like Bangkapi Mall and Lotus’s. Definitely enjoyed staying there. 4.5/5
