This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.

バンコク旧市街・テーウェート地区のカサットスク通り沿いにある老舗のホテル。当ホテルのあらましについては公式HP内に詳しい記載がなされているが、現ホテル名に改称した1963年から数えても既に半世紀以上の歴史を誇り、落ち着いた佇まいの館内の共有スペースやドアマンの丁寧な物腰からも只ならぬホテルであることが伺える。ホテルは創業時からのハードをリニューアルしたと思われる旧館と現代風建築の粋を結集したかのように見える新館とに別れている。特筆すべきは旧館のアーケード回廊状の意匠とそこに設けられたプール・庭園のデザイン。客室はさすがに1950-60年代建築の限界から、最近のモダンなホテルとの比較では快適性・設備の面で見劣りしてしまうのは致し方ないのだが、適宜リニューアルされており不満を感じる事はない。バンコク旧市街の観光スポットへのアクセス性の良さも特筆すべきであり、ワンランク高い評価がなされてもおかしくない素晴らしいホテルである。

Very clean and well organized. Staff are willing to listen what guests are saying. breakfast was a bit poor so that i get hungry easily. The major weak point was no good location. but compare with other Accor brand hotel, this hotel is much better.

I came to Bangkok and wanted to experience a foreign atmosphere, so I stayed at a local Thai-style hotel at first, thinking that a Japanese hotel was not the best choice, but I was a bit confused. So when I heard that this hotel had recently opened, I decided to stay there for just one night, my last night in Bangkok! Rei, who checked me in, was Thai, but checked me in in Japanese and was very kind. Her smile was lovely! All the staff at this hotel have Japanese names. Even those who don't speak Japanese. It's a unique idea and very interesting. It makes you feel close to them. The room has a Japanese hotel feel, with a calming beige and soft orange color scheme. There's even a washlet, which is great! There's cute nightwear and a tumbler that you can refill with water, so it's a very convenient experience. I liked it so much that they were selling it at the front desk, so I bought it as a souvenir. The breakfast I hurriedly had before leaving was much tastier than the first hotel I stayed at! The croissants were warmed up in a Balmuda toaster, so they were moist and chewy! Lastly, I was really touched by the fact that I left my important makeup pouch at the hotel I was staying at the previous day, and when I asked about it, they contacted me and sent a taxi to deliver it to me before I left for the airport. I am so grateful. Thank you to You at the front desk and Kishiro at the concierge! It was the best! I will definitely come back to stay here again 🧡 I would like to recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances! We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent 5 starts hotel. Highlights include the truly excellent staff, who are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Fitness center and pool are both excellent. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices in Thai style, European and Chinese. Overall the food quality is excellent. We will continue to stay in this hotel for our next holiday in Bangkok.

Take Chiang Mai to Bangkok to Red Velvet to Bangsue Station. The hotel is located near Bangsue Railway Station. You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Gate 1. You can transfer to MRT there or take the Red Express Line directly to Don Muang Airport or take the train to other places. There is a bus station in 5 minutes' walk. It is a 12-15 minute walk from DDmal, where there is also MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station. Exit 3 is Or Tor Kor Market and 7-11, which have a lot of food and fruits. Next to it is Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you want to city walk, you can also go to JJmail and Mixt Chatuchak to go shopping and buy souvenirs. There are three parks there, Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park, etc., or walk to BTS Saphan Khwai There is a big bigc supermarket over there, and there is also a money exchange business over there. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. The front desk lady who helped with the check-in was from Myanmar and was very enthusiastic and cute. You need to pay a deposit of 500 baht to get the room card, and you can get a bath towel. She will take it to the room and introduce the corresponding facilities and equipment. The indoor floor is very clean. There are only two floors in total. The girls' room on the first floor is very quiet. Except for someone snoring, remember to bring earplugs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the bedding is great and the cushion is super comfortable. I slept very well for three nights. Someone will check in at midnight, and the boy on duty will take him into the room. Please pay attention. There are toilets for girls and men and women, and showers for girls and men and women. Girls should try to use the girls'. I went to mix them and smelled smoke, but the hotel had put a no-smoking notice in the toilet the next day. The cleanliness is very good, and the toiletries are co-branded hotel essential oils Special laundry service, super comfortable, very high-end, the design and grade of the hotel decoration are all in line with star-rated hotels. There is free hot and cold water in the lobby on the first floor, free freshly ground coffee machine, refrigerator, two public areas, two super large lying areas, a long table and a lazy sofa, fast wifi, 11 to 2 o'clock is the room cleaning time, so the air conditioner will be turned off, and people will stay in the public area. If you go out by motorcycle, it is very convenient to go anywhere, including the Siam business district. Try to bring more food when you come back, because you can stay for a day, it is really comfortable. If you wash clothes, there is a very small area at the end of the second floor with three coin-operated washing machines and two racks for drying. There are relatively few services for washing and drying. Overall, it is a hotel that is not highly recommended but worth going to. After walking through the location, you will find that it is really great~

Giving one key to each room is very inconvenient. Although we travel together, we are not always together. Very outdated key cannot even detach with hotel card. The toilet sewage is no good. Breakfast variety below average.

It was close to the station, so it was easy to get around. The nearest station is a direct train ride from the airport, so it's easy to get around even if you have a lot of luggage. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi was fast. The surrounding environment was quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly. Taxis could come up close to the entrance, so it was easy to get around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and I can confidently say that I will book again on my next travel without hesitation. Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. I stayed here like 4 days (3nights) for the first time with my family from 12 june 2024 until 15 june 2024and it was excellent. At that time We got floor 6. The room is big with the high floor and i can get a better view. So I want to stay here again and booked it again from 16 june 2024 until 19 june 2024. But i got disappointed with my room view. It's in the 3rd floor and the view is totally different with the last time. I booked Deluxe twin room because of the view. If i can know that i'll get the bad view, i may just booked the standard room. I requested to change the hight floor with the front desk at night. And they told me to contat in the morning again. In the morning, they told me that i can't change the room. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how can i stay with this room until 19 june. This is my vacation and i would like to enjoy the viewww
