Clean environment and rooms, the lobby with fireplace in the center is very welcoming, the staff are friendly. The location is truly suggestive and the structure is overall well designed and functional but requires radical renovation.

Estuvimos en el Balneario de Las Termas Tiberio de Panticosa y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva, hicimos un pack de masaje relajante My Love y SPA y quedamos muy satisfechos, Claudia y Sara sin grandes profesionales, salimos renovados!!. No obstante, por lo que respecta a la estancia del Hotel Continental del mismo balneario, aunque es un Hotel de **** estrellas, tiene muchas mejoras hacer; Gastronomía; relación calidad precio, deja mucho que desear, solo aprovechable la ensalada, los segundos platos sin esencia y sabor, los postres banales. Confort en las habitaciones: mucho ruido de los radiadores que, no nos dejaron dormir, cama extremadamente dura.

Recepción lamentable( lenta y no informa ) Restaurante: bufet libre de muy poca calidad ( hotel de 4 estrellas), las normas que ponen dificultan la convivencia en los grupos. El mantenimiento del hotel inexistente, en habitaciones el agua de la ducha llegaba a la entrada de la habitación ( suelo levantado, rallado.. ) en los pasillos.. cubos de agua para recoger las goteras. Las piscinas bien, pero la temperatura del recinto algo baja, la cantidad de agua por los suelos peligrosa en ocasiones ( en algún momento se veía a gente recogiendo el suelo). Si no fuera por el emplazamiento que es maravilloso y singular creo que no tendría mucha gente

Hemos estado dos días y volveremos seguro. La habitación, aunque le falte una capa de pintura, era comodísima y las vistas inmejorables. Vinimos con un pack de escapada romántica en el que nos entraba la cena y las Termas. La comida estaba buenísima y el vino muy acertado. Las Termas tienen gran variedad de piscinas, algunas, como la exteriores, son espectaculares. En general, sumando que los trabajadores son amabilísimos, nos llevamos una sensación de satisfación total.
