Baoding Lianchi District Hotels

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. Very satisfied 👍 Facilities: very new, the room is quite big, there is free parking space Hygiene: clean Environment: There is free breakfast on the 1st floor, no problem with eating 👌 Service: Friendly front desk service

The room was clean, the service was excellent, and you could check in 4 hours early. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had strong water flow, which was a pleasant experience. However, this room type has an open bathroom, so if you mind, you can choose a different room type. The soundproofing was average; you could faintly hear the music from the bar at night, not loud but audible. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very close to the Paleozoological Museum, a 5-minute drive away.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, a 5-10 minute walk to the Military Academy Square. There are many restaurants around, and it's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the Baoding East High-speed Railway Station. The rooms are newly renovated, but the only drawback is that there are always people smoking in the toilet, and the smoke comes in through the bathroom fan.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

Hotel location is good to find, there is Wanda Plaza around, very close to the highway intersection, the front desk service is good, see me with the child, take the initiative to send the child breakfast, go out to park a problem, the front desk is also very active to solve, breakfast is also very rich, special beef cover cake is delicious, originally passed by Baoding, Looking for the hotel directly searched Atour, there was no disappointment, the hotel package is also very complete, like 👍

It might be because it's cold and the windows are not open, there is a smell in the room. I still hope to open the windows more often to get some fresh air. The hygiene of the bathroom needs to be improved. Everything else is good. The service attitude is very enthusiastic👍

This hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home. My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

It's a great experience. Fortunately, I made a reservation online in advance. Otherwise, there would be so many people on weekends. It's not in vain that I waited so long. It's really nice and stylish. It's divided into small areas. It's quite private. It feels pretty good. The food is served very quickly. Fortunately, there are no After waiting for too long, the taste is very refreshing and not greasy at all. I recommend it to friends who like similar tastes! Hahaha, let me tell you one detail. The bathroom is very clean and smells particularly good. This detail really stood out to me! !
