Three days of small vacation, with children to travel, choose this hotel, specially selected river view room, with bathtub. As a result, I never thought that the river view did not see it, and the decoration noise room was really a dream. The riverway downstairs was renovated and built, and I would bear it without a river view. Construction began at 7:30 on the first day of the small holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the large equipment downstairs or something. I was irritable. I complained to the front desk. I was told that it was because there was a marathon at the end of the month. The river repairs needed to be rushed. It is possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! Going out to go shopping, I went back to the hotel at 3 pm and wanted to rest. After the lobby manager asked the uncle to communicate, the music noise was gone. The hotel has emergency earplugs for guests. The next morning of the holiday, construction began at 7 o'clock in the morning, lazy and hopeless! Get up for breakfast and check out! The hotel's 25-story swimming pool is not open, and guests are informed on Trip.com! Since the hotel knows the river construction in front of the building, it should also inform the tenants on the website and inform the obligation! Advantages: The space is bigger than expected and still clean. The lights are very beautiful at night facing Maoye Building. We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

The room is okay, the family room is well decorated. The Doraemon doll is damaged, it is recommended to replace it with a new one. The high-measurement sticker on the wall is curled. I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. As a result, the hotel front desk called again and asked for my car number. If there was no parking space, I could contact them to park the car when I returned at noon. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The book is a good experience, right?

The check-in experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very considerate. They prepared snacks and milk very warmly. There was a power outage for some time in the evening and in the morning there was no wireless network working, and the room from time to time smelled of garlic. The window opened to sleep due to the unpleasant smell. As for the hotel staff, they are very helpfull

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.
