The hotel environment is nice; the lobby is on the 23rd floor above the banquet hall in Baoding. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. There's a large parking lot with free parking for guests. However, what bothered me most was that we received a call from the hotel front desk while driving on the highway, asking if we had taken the hotel's shoe brush. We were completely confused; we didn't even know what a shoe brush looked like or where it was, and we hadn't seen it in our room. We often stay in high-end hotels when we travel, and we try to avoid using hotel amenities, including towels, bath towels, and slippers, as we're concerned about proper disinfection. Furthermore, one pair of disposable slippers was unused and left untouched. We certainly wouldn't have taken the shoe brush, given that everyone uses it. The hotel front desk calling us felt like an insult. We hope the hotel management will thoroughly investigate this matter. The hotel itself is nice, but it left a very bad impression on us.

As a frequent travel worker, this hotel really exceeded expectations! The height of the desk and chair in the room is very suitable, the lighting is not dazzling, and the overtime processing documents is not tired at all. High-speed WiFi is too important, video conferencing is not stuck at all, and the speed of passing documents is super fast. The bedding is particularly comfortable, and you can sleep when you come back from busy every day, and you will be full of energy the next day. Breakfast is self-service, and you can quickly start by eating a few bites. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are very fast, there is no need to wait for the whole process, and the efficiency is full. The transportation around the hotel is convenient, and it is also close to the customer company. Next time you come to this city for a business trip, you must choose this one! 👍

I came to Baoding on National Day and chose this newly opened Vienna hotel, which was really good. 1. Let me talk about my most concern first, that is, there is a spacious parking lot, especially can not stand the feeling of playing back at night without parking; 2. The room is clean and hygienic, intelligent, and the mattress is comfortable to sleep; 3. The breakfast variety is rich, can meet different tastes, and open until 10 o'clock, very suitable for those who come out for leisure and vacation, do not like to hurry; 4. The front desk service is intimate and at home, and a souvenir is given before leaving. I will stay here next time I come to Baoding!

The room experience is super good, the sanitation is very clean, the room has a refrigerator, the washing machine, the service attitude is also very good, very patient, the window in the house is the land window, there are snacks downstairs, the clothes are very convenient, the front desk is 24 hours.

Thanks to the small gift from the front desk. The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel. Both the facilities and services are top-notch. The rooms are stylishly decorated, the location is very convenient with complete amenities nearby, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the service is excellent. I truly believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel.

Must praise Ye and Chen Wanbo store audio-visual gaming room! The giant screen audio-visual experience is full, the picture quality is clear, the sound effect is shocking, the bed is super decompressed; the gaming configuration is also online, the black silk is not stuck, and the audio-visual game is double satisfied. The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the service is intimate, whether one person relaxes or many people gather together is super suitable!

Very satisfied, very clean, the TV in the house is very interesting to install, I also want to make this at home. Atour Hotels has always been our family's first choice for domestic travel. The Baoding Wanbo Plaza branch is newly opened and continues Atour's tradition of excellent location. First, the location is superb, right in the city center, with Wanbo Plaza and Maoye Department Store within walking distance. The underground parking lot has ample spaces, and the parking is conveniently located, with free parking being a definite plus. The breakfast selection is extensive, and most importantly, the food tastes great; you can tell they've put effort into preparing it. The fruit is also fresh, which the kids loved. The family room is definitely the best choice for family travel. It's spacious, with ideal room size, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were all very welcoming and professional; I must commend them again for their service. I'll definitely stay at Atour again next time.
