We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

I came to Baoding for a business trip and was recommended by a friend to this hotel! I really didn't expect the price of more than 100 to be similar to a budget hotel! The environment is clean, mainly because the room does not have any dirty mess! It's not like more than 100! The price is too high! Adolf for toiletries! The room is bright!  Large space! Front desk deserved to be mentioned in this review since they were super friendly and took care of my problems easily and always in a good mood (I believe their name are Cris and Carol). On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.

Citadines is actually a relatively good apartment in the group, but the room layout is narrow and long, and the circulation is not comfortable. This is the developer's problem.
