Hôtel chaleureux avec personnel polyglotte et sympathique, chambre magnifique avec un miroir rétractable, seul bémol est que la fenêtre côté rue laisse transparaître ÉNORMÉMENT de son extérieur, Hôtel bien situé et assez proche du centre

I travel a lot and have never encountered such a situation, even in remote places like the depths of Sri Lanka. The only positive point, unrelated to the hotel, is the presence of a supermarket open 24 hours a day nearby and the easy access to transport. However, the room was dirty! I had to ask twice for the cleaning lady to come and remove the previous person's hair in the shower and sink. The floor hadn't even been vacuumed. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without knocking on the door. There were holes in the walls, the window was boarded up, and the smell was unpleasant. To top it off, it's a passing hotel: you will only have access to your room at 8:00 p.m., unless you pay an extra €15 to possibly have it at 4:00 p.m.

Great location for visiting Barcelona, many attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff, nice room and very comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom. Effective but not detailed cleaning...

The Hotel is well located. The staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a few details to review. I give an average rating because I slept badly because of the noise, but with earplugs, I would have given it a 4
