Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hospitality received at reception makes a good start of the whole trip especially after a 16h long flight.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. location was great too, a lot of food establishments nearby, and a laundromat is 5-mins walk away. Room is spacious and clean, would highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you're in Barcelona.

Modem hotel with modem facilities. Abit away from main shopping belt but there is a big mall within 5min walk. Check in was friendly and quick. Request was taken note. Breakfast was excellent, 1 of the best in Europe. Good !!!

It's a slightly old hotel. The main door of the room is easier to push than most hotel rooms and is very light. There is another door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The room has a view of the Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo Mountain in the distance. The location is good and it is convenient to get a taxi.

It's about the same level as the domestic fourpoints. The room is not particularly small, but a little old. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. There is a sitting bath in the dry area that takes up a lot of space. Disadvantages: 1. The room facilities are defective. For example, the door stopper of my room is broken. 2. The gym is very small. There is one treadmill, one stepper, one rowing machine, and one bicycle. The dumbbells range from 2k to 10k. Pros: 1. The room can see Sagrada Familia. 2. A 20% off coupon for the restaurant is given upon check-in (but I forgot to use it). 3. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator in the lobby, which makes you feel safe.

The location of the hotel is super good. It is very close to many classics such as the cathedral and can basically be reached on foot! There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, less than 200 meters away from Carrefour! A great living environment!

Very disappointing hotel, the bathroom smells bad, the air conditioner has no heating function, and it is very cold at night. I will not choose this hotel again, it is not worth it. The location is far from the city center and it is very inconvenient to go to the airport.
