The photos in no way match what you are given. Insane we were not given a full refund. Rooms decor was like a horror film. Regardless this section of Barcelona stinks of sewage and it’s not that close to anything worth recommending. Stick to the hotels they are much more reasonably priced / value for money Avoid.

This place was somewhat of a let-down. It is a very old building which has been unsuccessfully adapted into accommodation. Although clean, it was very noisy. One of our rooms had a tiny window blocked by shelves and the 2 single beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was as basic as it gets, with very few utensils and the sink was constantly blocked. Finally, the bathroom door was so old, it would get stuck all the time and the shower was only protected on one side, which meant water everywhere. We were 4 people staying for 5 nights and expected the face towels and foot towels to be changed after 3 days at least but this did not happen of course. The sofa in the sitting room was the best thing about this flat. Not a place we looked forward to going back to at the end of an enjoyable day in Barcelona.

Door handle broken, dirty bathroom floor, stinks. Lights bulb gone. Very noisy as I couldn’t close my door because of door handle. I am not happy. But this is only my opinion. I think as this is apartment mostly occupied by at least 6 people and used for stag or hens. For me terrible and I won’t comeback. I have a feeling that i still can smell that stinky room. Reception apparently open 24h when I send them message they not working weekends. But I can assume all Barcelona is like that…….

Liked the balconies and location was close to Santa station..you can see it from the corner. Close to estanca station. The bathroom was very very small and the door was barely hanging for the shower. It needs maintenance and also cleaning. Getting in and out was convenient…everything automated so no keys needed…just your cell phone.

The apartment was ok as we were only sleeping in there for 2 nights, however the bathroom was filthy, it absolutely stunk and was visibly dirty in the shower and all over the walls, tiles and mirror. The shower cubicle screens were also faulty. The beds were clean, the kitchen was quite clean. The external doors were absolutely filthy, as was the balcony, the floors were also quite dirty. The front door didnt work when we arrived and had to wait to get this sorted then half way through the stay the front key pad completely stopped working! We had to go and find someone to assist, who did help by charging up the keypad. Overall we found the apartment very expensive for the value, it certainly wasn't value for money and unfortunately will not be staying again and will be very careful when booking another stay.

Good communication and quick responses from the management. Clean and nice place. The apartment is though located in old building with very poor noice isolation. We could hear everything what happened in the naboer apartment and on the street.

Arrived at the apartment, connection problem for opening the doors.
Upon entering the apartment, it was not clean, dust, stains on the walls, black marks on the sofa, broken door corner *****, day shade in the 2nd bedroom deteriorated, air conditioning is not present only in the room and no ventilation in the rooms, bathroom too cramped, when you get out of the shower you find yourself in the toilet, which is not practical ... moldy shower on the window and the shower head pipe shower. Lack of storage space, kettle not descaled, damaged baseboards
