A relatively modern hotel with good sanitation.
However, the location is very bad, and the neighborhood is in chaos. The road outside the hotel is being repaired, and only two people can pass. There are many young people gathered in the block behind, and there are people wearing masks squatting at the door. I don't know what they are doing. A nearby block also witnessed a robbery. In the middle of the night, it seems that someone wanted to open the door, but I'm not sure. It may be that the sound insulation is not good and they are actually opening the next room.
The service is satisfactory and the breakfast is average.
Most of the internal facilities of the hotel are good, but the door seal on the wall of the bathroom door is very sharp, and my hands and feet were cut.

Rooms are very small, bathroom is modern and clean. Wi-Fi works throughout the property. Breakfast is average but no one will be hungry. The area is safe and everything is close.
