Good..near free attraction places..as in photo

Really friendly welcome and a stay that exceeded expectations. The apartment seemed unassuming and pretty basic but we actually enjoyed the space and spent more time at the apartment than originally planned. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment had all the little comforts you’d need for a city stay. The communal spaces were also really nice and we loved the free coffee bar.

Definitely a unique boutique hotel.   Pros- The location in Born was close to all the Barcelona stops we wanted to see, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful.   Cons- we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. It was so loud. The decor was interesting. We didn’t love how tiny the room was. A glass shower was directly in front of our bed. If you were traveling with anyone other than a partner, I imagine that would be awkward. Also, sexual innuendos were listed everywhere. We didn’t mind them, but it’s something to be aware of.

I booked one night for the exhibition! Checkinn, welcome and be friendly! The lobby/bar/breakfast with checkinn in one very cosy room looks like a cafe  It's my style ! Very barcelonic modern art decoration in floor and room transformed an old building in something arty modern! Room clean and functional looks unique.  My room was a bit labyrinthy and some improvement but all well.  Tea/Coffee station on cosy floor   but missing real black tea. Breakfast is good and fresh ! I can recommend staying there and lots of cosy cafe/restaurant in a nice district.

Arrived at 9 too early to check in, reception was great took our bags to storage out our passports and valluables in a safety deposit box and they have a community gurstvarea with coffee cookies and water etc to relax and unwind a bit before checkin and helped us navigate the city with maps etc.   great place with a very cool decor and vibe.   Would highly recommend had a eonderful Time
