I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at the Razzmataz hall, which is just around the corner. In the afternoon, when I arrived at the hotel after seeing a bit of the city, I found a mobile phone plugged into my charger on the bedside table in my room!!!
When I went down to reception to make a complaint and ask for an explanation, they just asked me for time to investigate, then they immediately called me to my room, apologising for the cleaning lady's mistake and offered me a free breakfast.
