Stayed for 4 nights with my husband and 12 years old daughter. Check in was ok just slightly delayed as there was a problem with the air con. The receptionist was friendly even though she was extremely busy. We got a family room on 2nd floor facing the main street which can be very noisy at night but got used to it. The room and the bathroom was very spacious with lots of storage for stuff. Some of the furniture is getting worn out but it didn’t bother us. We had Nespresso machine and kettle on the room which I liked. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t the best and the small light up mirror wasn’t working, the jet tub wasn’t working but it didn’t bothered us that much. I always bring my shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as I don’t like hotels one but one at the Indigo was very good. We used pool only once, it is quite small and it can get busy but the terrace is lovely. I have also used the gym once and although small you got everything you need. The room was cleaned very well every day and water/coffee replenished, dirty cup changed, beds made up and towel changed. The best thing about this hotel is location and staff. It’s the little things which if they were fixed I would happily give it 5 stars.

This hotel is very good the rooms are clean and fresh they give you the option for not getting your room serviced each day or not the staff are very helpful and will go out of there way to help you I needed and few tho g changed is transfers and a Covid test they could not of been more helpful The breakfast is very good with a large range of different food The roof top bar is a must do even if only for the view I had a lovely cocktail and a nice talk to the bar staff as I was alone and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome The location is excellent. In walking distance to the hop on hop off buses and other things I enjoyed been able to open my window in my room as I hate air conditioning and I find this hard to find in a lot of hotel I would highly recommend this hotel and if in Barcelona again I will be staying there

We recently stayed at the Majestic Barcelona. It was everything that one would expect of a five star hotel. The location is great - walking distance from many of the city's best attractions and restaurants. It also has a great rooftop bar that overlooks the city. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel is also very good, and we had an excellent dinner there. We did, however, have a problem with one aspect of the hotel. They advertise tours which are described in great detail on the hotel website. The problem is that as of our visit the website had not been updated post-Covid and the description of the very expensive tour that we booked was inaccurate and we did not what was advertised. After a lot of arguing on our part, and after initial push back by the hotel's management, the finally made things right. All's well that ends well, but it did put a tinge on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Fantastic location right in the heart of town! You have to pick Condes if you are serious shopping at Hermes Chanel and LouisVuitton because it’s right smack in the middle of these 3. Dior and Loewe are also just a few more steps away. Best choice without having to lug all the shopping back. Room is huge and luxurious, opt for the Balcony for a top view of the city. And the TaxFree claims refund office is just across the road!

Pros: Great location, near a metro station, cafes and restaurants Rooms are clean Great bed and shower Nice lounge area and pool on the roof top, although maxed out during busy times in the afternoon. Courteous staff Cons: No sauna, only a small steam room No kettle or fridge in the room Lack of space to hang towels to dry. No air conditioning (air con is centrally controlled and is set too warm for comfort)

Perfect location to mix relax with sport and cultural activities. The Hotel has fine cuisine restaurant that deserve to try name FIRE, the SPA is also a nice experience for energizer yourself. Staff efficiency and courtesy complete my comments on of course the room view and confort is fantastic.

The hotel is everything you need business or pleasure. The cocktails are sublime 😍. However ask for a room. At the front much better. The only negative is the breakfast we only ate once the cold options are good , however for 4 star hotel the hot was unbearable to eat the worst scrambled eggs I ever tasted I ask to get a fried egg and was told no. This is not the service of 4 stars they had 3 waiters all standing around just to make coffee the chef came out a couple time doing noting. It's such a pity. The breakfast staff are so unwilling to help. I must say the housekeeping is the best I ever seen and the reception staff amazing well done Nico... Will be back but not booking breakfast.

The room is spacious with a good view but that's about it. There's not much of a service, the front desk lady was not helpful at all and was not welcoming. Amenities: 3 euros per slippers You would have to ask for water bottle at the front desk (normally 1 euro) They only have a 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash and a tiny bar of soap. The only service I received was during checkout. The male staff was helpful and even gave a little gift card upon check out. I would prefer the gift card to be given upon check in so I could've used the discount during my time there.

VERY LONG WAITING FOR CHECK-IN, MORE THAN 45min ONLY FOR CHECK-IN , a lot of people , it's a big young tourist hotel ... Breackfast , Top of the top all is available , nothing to say more than , very good . Rooms !!!! not the same , very old and small space .
