Great Relaxing Hotel for the Price. The staff are really very very friendly - Aida, Daniel and Lucky! The breakfast spread is good. They should sell the hotel scent as well. The whole a**osphere doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The Hotel should package golf for beginners as part of the activities so it’s befitting of its name. Try the night market saturday night buffet - Fish, Crab, Squid are so fresh !! They even offer Kueh Lapis delivery and shuttle buses to shopping centers are available. Overall a very excellent choice for short getaway

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Location is a plus point. Near Batam Center ferry terminal n a shopping mall. Staff super friendly, when we reached the hotel, was raining heavily. But our coach can’t enter the carpark. So the hotel staff came out to the road side n shelter us with umbrella n help us with the luggage.

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

The hotel is in the batam center, about 40,000 to the ferry terminal, 70,000 to nagoya, 90,000 to the airport, the hotel is cheap, the breakfast is very simple, there are several restaurants in the east of the hotel, the surrounding is not very rich.

Pros: The room decoration is good; the wifi speed is good; the air-conditioning refrigerator is good; the TV can watch YouTube; check-in half an hour in advance; the staff is very enthusiastic when introducing the situation; the cooking utensils are good; you can buy things in the supermarket do. Cons: The water heater is not easy to use, at most it only produces warm water; there are many ants in the room, especially the toilets; the hotel is in a bad location, and you have to take a taxi everywhere; there are only two small shops nearby for food, and the clerk does not speak English.
